Recent reviews were concerning but it’s also hard to fault an establishment when the main cause for poor reviews is lack of staff. Thankfully we were given an excellent server who was extremely attentive, personable and the highlight of our visit to Bertucci’s…thank you Snizhana! Pizza, pasta and bread were great. Salads were giant. Gelato was 100x better than some we got in the north end the night before. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend based on our experience.

Opting for the gluten-free menu, I selected the salmon with sides, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Not only did the flavors impress, but more importantly, I did not experience any gluten allergy symptoms afterward. The waitstaff, particularly Nicole, exhibited an impressive understanding of gluten allergies. Nicole's ability to recommend suitable dishes and her overall awareness of allergen considerations instilled a sense of comfort and safety throughout the entire ordering process. Me and 13 of my cousins randomly showed up to Bertuccis without calling ahead and sat at the bar. Alex was bartending and she was amazing! She even told my cousin with a baby to cover his ears because she was about to turn on the blender. So considerate, attentive, and on point for a party of 13 who all sat down at the same time. We plan to go back every month because we had such a nice time. Thank you Alex!!!

We recently just dined here for dinner, and Will was an incredible server. He was very attentive, and was knowledgeable about the menu. It is hard to find good service these days. Will went above and beyond for us, and made our dining experience fun.

I really loved the atmosphere in this place. The server was super attentive :) I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, it was delicious! Bread was served as well, it was warm and soft. The prices are reasonable and there’s a big variety of Italian food. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing experience here! A few years ago, they closed the location by our house in Western MA, but it was worth the drive out to their Newton location. Food was just as we all remembered it. Our Service was exceptionally friendly and prompt. Food was phenomenal, and the restaurant was clean as could be. Can’t wait to come back!

My fiancé and I were here on a Friday night enjoying dinner. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I’m a vegetarian, so I usually have to ask for dishes to be made differently. Thankfully we had a gentleman named William who took care of that, and answered any questions I had about making certain dishes vegetarian. Such amazing service.

This restaurant stays busy for a reason. My family was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and the quality of the food. We will definitely be eating here again when we come back for a Boston College football game. Go Eagles!

Food was good as always no complaints there. The service was amazing as well. Any questions asked were answered, especially by a gentleman named William Wells. He was very professional and helpful. He helped convert dishes into vegetarian for my fiancé. Overall great experience.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my children here which is so sweet. They LOVE the rolls and salad! Alexander is so sweet and a great server. He was extra kind to the kids. Joe also made us a delicious meal and was very welcoming. The update to the restaurant is a really nice change, especially with the cute Gelato bar! You can't beat the lunch menu!

We had a great experience while dining in with my daughter and friend. Wait staff was attentive and the manager took the time to check in with us when there was a slight delay in the kitchen due to a huge take-out order. It’s great to have a place like this nearby— a nice meal without breaking the bank.

This is the best Bertucci’s have been to which is why we come all the time. The food and the service is always amazing thanks to our favorite Hristina Z., she is truly amazing and always makes us feel like family every time we come.

I have been coming to Bertucci's Italian Restaurant for over 25 years. I have had many dinners, birthdays and even my high school graduation dinner at Bertucci's. I had recently taken a break from Bertucci's as a previous experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. This past Sunday I was visiting family in Newton and decided to grab dinner for everyone. Out of convenience, I decided to ordered online. The third-party online vendor that Bertucci's uses had an issue processing my order. My payment was processed but my order was never sent nor was I sent a confirmation email. The only thing I had was my bank statement. I was ready to just give up on Bertucci's and contest the charge with my bank. However, Marty the manager told me to head on down and talk to him. When I arrived at Bertucci's, I was pleasantly greeted by Marty. Marty and I conversed and ultimately he found a solution for my problem. The solution Marty offered was reflection of his gratitude for me being a loyal Bertucci's costumer all these years. I came in there ready to never come back again and Marty changed that. Marty lived up to the Bertucci's family promise of "Always treat you as part of the Bertucci's Family." Instead of being left out in the cold the Bertucci's family took care of me. Thank you Marty for having Honor and Integrity.
