I bought a used baseball glove for my 8 year old son. I didn’t get the guy’s name behind the counter but he was great. Helped get him the best size that was available and tried out a few options. Appreciate the great service.

Wide selection of used golf clubs and very helpful. Among the things that I purchased was a driver that I ended up not needing. They had no problem with exchanging the driver for two clubs that I did need.

This is a long overdue review, TJ helped me with all of my concerns. He should definitely get a raise. 10/10 will definitely come back.

Great customer service! Have bought many things from this location, but recently purchased a new mitt for my son in the last two months. The strings broke during a tournament over the weekend, so I took the glove in today. Without hesitation they replaced the mitt on the spot without me even asking. Service like this is why I keep coming back.

Traded in some of my kid’s lacrosse gear and picked up some wrestling gear. Love this place. As my kids want to try new sports this place allows me to trade in there old stuff for new things. They give you fair price for your stuff. At least I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me.

Been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s. Just popped in last night to pick up some golf balls, and got to chat with the owner Bob for a bit. Really nice guy, super accommodating, a true go-to small business owner who cares about his customers and his business. 15/10 would recommend shopping here for all your sporting goods needs!

Thank you so much, Bri!! My son got a new pair of ski boots last year here and this year, it looked like he already outgrew them. I brought them in so I could trade in and trade up, but Bri said she would see if extending the tops would work first. She fixed them and they were perfect. I went to pay for her work and she said “nope- they’re your boots, just glad to help!” I am so glad I bought my sons ski equipment there last year!

I have never shopped at this store before. I was pleasantly suprised with how helpful Jason was. I was there to purchase wrestling shoes for my son and Jason was very knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely go back!!

Bob is the man! Kid found his bat in a drop 8 in the same rack his drop 10 is now in. Over 30 dingers in that -10 CF7. If you have a 10 or 11 yr old slugger get it quick. Super Hot guaranteed. Ask Bob where it's at.

The owner really cares about customer service, I had an issue arise and he called me, went out of his way and made right by it. Been doing business with these guys for a long time and I definitely recommend them, Bob's great.

This place is beyond awesome! Called in to ask for certain items - needed snowboard gear for teenager and skiing gear for 4 year old. He searched the store for everything I needed while I was on the phone and held it for me till close. We got there - every single item was awesome and fit perfectly! The team there is really great! Very awesome experience!

Love love love the guys who work here. Tons of sports equipment at excellent prices, especially the used stuff. Everyone who works here was extremely helpful in assisting me find good equipment that fits well all the while helping me stick to my budget. They are very attentive. Good relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a sports shop. Can't wait to start playing hockey with my equipment purchased here!

I had a great experience there! Being a grandma I didn't know that much about snowboards. Isaac, was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the sport and gave multiple options to choose from. I truly appreciated his knowledge and help. My grandson will love this present!😁👍

Bob, Jim and the rest of their staff provide quality service that is worth the trip out to their store. They are all very knowledgeable concerning the sports they carry in their shop - and honest in terms of the trade-in values they offer. All said, they will get you playing in the right gear, at a fair price.

I've been to P.I.A.S. a few times. They never fail to have good and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. If you buy at the big box storing goods stores, you're never sure just how good the staff's knowledge is.
My son has gotten into lacrosse, a sport I know less than nothing about. Their staff has NEVER failed to take whatever time was needed, no matter how busy the store was, to get us exactly what we needed.
