My experience at Tide Cleaners was excellent. The staff, especially the kid at the front desk, went above and beyond. He not only spoke Spanish with my dad, making the communication smoother, but he was also exceptionally nice and hardworking. It's refreshing to encounter such dedicated and customer-oriented individuals. The bilingual service and friendly demeanor added a personal touch, making Tide Cleaners stand out as a reliable and customer-centric choice.

Previously called to get information about comforter price, was quoted a discounted price for first time customer but when dropped off was told that discount did not apply. No big deal for me, perhaps that employee was new (no need to raise a stink like other reviews). Received my comforter clean and perfect without any issue or defects. Can't complain when I can't wash it myself! Thank you to Tide and employees 👍🏻

Very friendly and polite staff who meet me at my car in the drive-thru lanes. I get notified by email/text when cleaning is ready - always as promised and often beforehand. Dress shirts are laundered and pressed well, and although I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning, what I have had has also been done well.

Quick turn around on dry cleaning! Super service with a great value. Definitely my family’s go to in the Naperville area.

I put my clothes in before a national holiday and had to leave the next day for America. This wonderful owner opened her store and gave me my clothes when they were closed. I tipped her 100 soles. She said next time remember that they will deliver your laundry to your hotel. Awesome business. They'll finish your laundry and fold it within two hours of you dropping it off.

I've taken laundry to Tide Cleaners in the past and I have always been very pleased with their services. The drive up is very convenient and they do an excellent job with dry cleaning. When I dropped off laundry this week, I spoke with Sarah. She was very helpful and she answered all of my questions. They are very lucky to have her on their team. I will continue coming back for their excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at this dry cleaners! When I dropped off my clothes, Maria took my order. She was so helpful and friendly! When I got my clothes back, they looked wonderful! This will be the dry cleaners I will use from now on!

Great place and super convenient, love being able to pick up after hours. Since I travel so much for work it can be difficult to get there when they are open. Love the lock boxes.

They seem to have coupons to offset the prices. I always see Marissa there and she is very helpful and knowledgable.

Been using this location since they opened a couple of years ago and have only had one minor problem (wrinkled suit) which they took care of immediately. Staff is quite good. I've found them to be friendly and courteous. I love the after hours drop off and pick up as it fits my travel schedule. Email notification is nice. Wish I could respond via email to request they put into a locker for late pick up. Maybe add that soon?

I was having trouble finding a place that would launder and press table cloths. Glad to find this location.
