Large, clean coin laundry. 20+ small washers, 10 large/express washers, hand laundry sink, about 18 large dryers and 10 small dryers, and 10+ folding tables with baskets. Good place to do camp laundry! Would love to see them shift to laundry cards/electric debit cards - more efficient than coins.

We needed a quick turnaround on some pressing. Very understanding of our problem and worked to assist us. Friendly efficient staff.

I was visiting Portland from out of town, and I needed my suit dry cleaned. I didn't know if this place was any good, but I really needed the suit dry cleaned so I took a chance. The drop-off went well - the attendant registered my information in case I lost my ticket (which I ended up losing). He told me that it was going to be a three-day turnaround, and I had the time to wait for it. The suit ended up taking a day instead of three. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and would recommend it if you need something dry-cleaned.

I'm very impressed with this laundromat!! In comparison to other laundromats I've been to, this place is very clean and welcoming. The lady that is working right now is very knowledgeable about all of the equipment (washing machines, etc...), and she is currently vacuuming the lint screens from the dryers here. That is a very important factor for clean, dry laundry, without starting fires or whatnot. She picks up every little piece of garbage she comes across on the floor that someone just dropped, and that is an excellent quality. Being serious about the Laundromat being clean is something all laundromat employees should be! LoL 😁

Machine management by "The Boss",is eminently practical and convenient.

Best of all , restroom access around the clock, requiring no key.

I brought my puffy comforter to wash in the big washer. The woman on staff helped me with the machine and explained that there is an app that can be used instead of feeding dozens of coins into the machines. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first time using the dry cleaners and at first I was a little skeptical because of the inside appearance of this business. However, I brought in a new dress that I had just spilled oily stuffed mushroom sauce on at a wedding. I thought for sure the dress was ruined but I brought it in to the Congress St., Pratt Abbott in Portland to see if they could get it out. When it came back the original stain was gone but there was an additional stain which I pointed out and they sent back to be re-clean free of charge. I just picked it up and all stains are gone! Very happy with the customer service.

Kathryn is the best Pratt Abbot employee! She bust her butt keeping the place clean and is a helpful friendly person. She deserves a raise!

I use this laundry weekly , it has a washing machine for every size load and the prices our the best that I've found

The staff here is amazing! I have had to have something dry cleaned on short notice and they make every effort to make sure I have my clothes in time.
