Kyla was our sales woman and she’s was outstanding! We spent all afternoon looking around for couches and furniture for our apartment. Within 15 min she approached us with a big smile and very informative and helped us buy stuff today! Highly recommend bobs and her! Her manager as well was super helpful and friendly! We ended up getting it from the discount area which used to be the pit. Don’t go anywhere else! Got a love seat, couch, and chair for much cheaper than our budget! Thank you again so much! We will definitely be doing all our future business with you!

I had a great experience shopping online with Bobs Discount Furniture and Mattress. I bought a bed and mattress with the bodstatic white glove delivery. The men who came to deliver my bed explained the process before after unloading and setting up my bed. They also provided room for questions, they cleaned up nicely as expected. I would definitely buy from Bobs again, I love my new queen bed.

Walked in there yesterday not knowing If I was going to but anything, and needless to say I found “the outlet”. BIG SHOUTOUT to BEN K. Who immediately saw me searching, handed me a card. I came back with my fiancé and Ben showed me some ins and outs with the chaise recliner I bought and it was a done deal! Ben was super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable . The entire process was easy and stress-Free!

I have purchased furniture for living room, kitchen, dresser previously from Bob's in Scarborough, Me. I am happy with the quality and customer service. On Monday I purchased a new mattress with an adjustable base. I'm ecstatic and looking forward to a good night's sleep. I have chronic pain and will certainly report back after delivery & able to sleep on it. Alex Cater-Burk met me as I walked in the store. He met me over in the mattress section. He was super helpful, had me try several mattresses, very informative and helped me stay under my price. Very pleasant, professional. I will update after I try the mattress.

I’ve worked with some great people getting furniture. The process has been pleasant each time I’ve gone to this outlet. I recommend.
Wells Fargo handles the payments when you finance, setting up the online payments with them is a process and the people who you unfortunately end up having to call are a challenge as well. I don’t know what’s going on over there but I do know they give Bobs a bad look.

Great sales person! Alex. He greeted me and I felt no pressure from him and that made me comfortable to just explore and when I found a chair that I wanted, he was efficient and the sale was quick! I get my awesome rocker recliner on Wednesday shipped to my door and I ordered it on Saturday!

We have been using Bob’s for years and have always had a wonderful experience! This week we were looking to upgrade our living room furniture and we were lucky enough to run into Ken on the sales floor. He had all the knowledge to help us with all of our questions and had a tape measure on him to measure a lot of furniture for me since we have a size limit in our small living room. He was personable, easy to work with and made the process so easy. Thank you Ken and thank you Bob’s for another wonderful purchase!

Our second visit and purchases. So happy with customer service, timing and delivery. When the furniture arrived I think it took more time for the crew to "un box" the furniture than it took to install into our home with all the experience knowledge and professionalism. We went in with the intention of buying a couch but were ok if we didn’t. We were kindly greeted by Alex who explained he would be around if we needed assistance, asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction. We’re not the type of people that want to be hovered over so it was nice that he was available when we needed but wasn’t on top of us. We found a set we liked and it was a quick process to check out, he explained all of our financial options and was very helpful. The only down fall was the manager tried to push us to do financing which was very off putting! We will absolutely return for our future purchases!

Excellent and prompt service. Sales rep was professional and friendly. She was able to schedule delivery on the date we needed and made sure all items suited our needs exactly making appropriate recommendations.

We went in shopping for a new mattress. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us narrow down our options. We ended up making a purchase which will be delivered in a week. This is a great place to get great furniture at an amazing price. We also bought our dining table from them over a year ago and still love it.

Lela in the pit was so helpful!! She had such a sweet and positive attitude, which is always a plus to the shopping experience. She even helped us find my fiancé’s phone he lost in the couches lol! We went home with a mint new couch within just and hour of being there!! It was exactly what we were looking for :)) 10/10 give that woman a raise!

We went to the store yesterday and we were greeted by Cheryl with the biggest smile. She was warm, super patient and extremely knowledgeable. While we purchased a number of items there, it was the kindness of Cheryl that gave us that extra nudge. She's the absolute best and it shows that she's passionate about her job!

I was approved for financing. Being taller than many most living room furniture wouldn’t support my neck . My wife and I found the perfect modular set but unfortunately it was over a thousand dollars over our approved amount. Even though we had the cash to cover it it still created a issue with the financing. The finance folks who aren’t bob’s employees worked with our salesman to create a solution that minimized all extra costs. I’m very excited about the new living room set coming on Thursday! Finally more than one place in the house for a tall person to sit!

Had a wonderful experience with Thaddeus and Gwen. We can’t wait to get our brand new gel mattress and our power ultra adjustable base. We went in yesterday and it will be delivered this Wednesday, I can’t get over how fast from start to finish until we’re sleeping on a cloud.! Thank you again Gwen and Thaddeus!

I have gone to Bob’s twice to get furniture for my new apartment. Both experiences were great! The associates were personable, knowledgeable, and very kind. Ken did a fantastic job helping my boyfriend and I find the piece we were looking for upon my last visit. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store.

Alex is Scarborough is the Best! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to exactly what we are looking for! We have ordered furniture from Alex many times now, and will continue to do so many more times! Thanks again for the outstanding service Alex!

Gwen helped us from the minute we walked in. I explained what I wanted and Gwen knew exactly what I was talking about and took me right to the couch I wanted. Gwen was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with our pickup schedule.?it was a pleasant and successful trip to the furniture store.

The young man Todd, Really enjoyed working with him. I wasn’t looking for a huge purchase. just something lower priced and quick for my son’s bedroom. He gave me great service and answered all my questions even though it was a lower priced item. Really appreciate Todd treating me the same as if I was buying a huge purchase. Promote this young man(-: I am in sales and know when I see success.
