Ordered a new TV online for pickup. Great price matched anything online. It was ready for pickup within minutes. When I arrived the process was efficient with friendly staff. I had the TV in my truck ready to go in about 3 minutes. Great service!

Stephen over at Geek Squad was extremely helpful! Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he had no problem helping me fix my computer issue! :)

Service was fast. Sales person was helpful, and polite. He even carried my tv out to my vehicle for me and made sure it was secured for travel.

I was interviewed for a position and the hiring managers could not have been more kind and accommodating. I eventually had to withdraw my application after getting the final offer, ( the background check process took to long for my finances to survive) and once again : complete professionals. We left the phone charger at the hotel. So we googled Best Buy near me. Found one right on our way. They had the perfect, fast charging cable and plug in adapter! The entire visit took less than five minutes. Fabulous staff and tons of inventory.

Noah helped me with what turned into a pretty difficult transaction. Even with multiple equipment failures getting in the way, he kept his calm and got it done. While he was helping me he even helped some newer reps with issues they had. This kid’s a rockstar!

Went in not thinking too much about getting anything, just looking at prices for PC parts, and talked with an employee named Tom who was super helpful, and transparent. He didn't try to force me to buy anything or try and sell the most expensive thing, he just worked with me. Kind of a breath of fresh air compared to some other stores, even though I didn't buy anything, it was definitely a 10/10 experience.

Darryl in the TV/stereo department is the best. So knowledgeable and Friendly. Will absolutely bend over backwards to find you exactly what you need. We had a burst Pipe in February at our restaurant. Darryl spent an enormous amount if time with us helping us replace the exact TV and stereo equipment we lost. This helped us with a flawless insurance claim. Long story short- he's the best in the biz!! Thanks Darryl!

Perfect amount of help. I wasn't pushed for a sale the moment I walked through the door. I was able to look around for bit before a sale men approached me. He answered my questions and provided me with knowledge.

I am happy with the way everything went. I ordered online, used curbside pick-up for the first time, and the staff was fast and courtesy. I haven't set it up yet, but I will be back to update on my TV and wall mount. Thanks for reading.
