Kayla was an excellent Verizon representative. She helped my son when we upgraded his phone and the transition was flawless. She took the time to explain the details of the phone to me and was professional and patient. She was very kind and knowledgeable and I appreciate her time.

Initially went into the store because I was having issues with my iPhone 11pro. Brett was there to assist me and got my phone working. I said I thought it was time to upgrade my phone and I’d been receiving texts on that from Verizon with a great deal upon trading it in for a new 15. I left there very satisfied because he fixed my old phone that I use all day for my business. I went home and thought about how important my phone is to me and my business and decided I would set up an appt with Brett for a new phone. I was so impressed with Brett when I went back, the process was seamless. He had me pick my freebies that went along with the purchase of the phone, helped me with the color choices and a new cover for my phone too! He mentioned that Verizon could provide our internet service as well, we talked a little about that, and we’re going to go back and compare the costs on that as well. Brett is definitely my go-to person at our Verizon store!

Brett and Matt were incredible. The experience was painless and only took about 30 minutes to consolidate two accounts and do a 64GB iPhone transfer/upgrade. Good people just good at their job.

Kayla was awesome. Handled 3 lines and 3 phones simultaneously without fail. Nice conversation and great customer service. Only advice is you need to get better stools to sit on. No padding just a square piece of wood. Very uncomfortable.

Awesome a pleasure to work with Matt and especially his trainee Timothy he was running around doing any little thing he could! He is being trained extremely well by Matt they got me in and out problems all solved.
