Great selection of women’s boots! The guys working there really know their boots, they were able to give me a great recommendation on the fit of boot perfect for my work and I got my second pair of Irish setters for more casual wear. I was surprised to see how many women’s work boots they had. I felt welcomed and the guys working were easy to talk to! Highly recommend!!

So being in EMS(emergency medical services) I had a hard time finding a boot that I would like. Colleges recommend the red wing apex they also recommend the insoles that red wing recommend for my arch type. I walked in and was treated immediately. Went on their scanners and talked to the expert on what I needed. And I came out with perfect boots that felt good. Yes they are expensive but if they last 3 to 5 years like my coworkers have experience then I have complete faith in this business

Went here to get a pair of boots. Aiden was very helpful. I got shown what my options were for my line of work. He was quite knowledgeable. Was in and out within 5 minutes with what I needed.

It was great the owner of the store helped me he was ever helpful fitted me up with the boots I wanted and inserts. My feet never felt better

Bought a pair of boots (3519) had for a short while and one of the eyelid clips to tie them up broke, brought them to this store in Duluth mn. They explained to me that the new lace clip probably wouldn’t match, which I wouldn’t care as long as it worked. Received a call from the saying that they would have to order the new clip as the ones in store wouldn’t work. Received a call from them that my boots were not able to be fixed but for a small and I mean small charge kinda like what I figured to be a deductible let’s say I would get the same boots, but brand new. I’ve enjoyed redwings for many years and the way this was handled far exceeded what I expected to be done. I will continue to buy Red Wings from the store in Duluth Minnesota for as long as I need work boots. You get what you buy people and Red Wings are top-of-the-line. Good work to the staff member(s) that help me at the store through this.

Incredibly helpful, Knowledgeable and able to help find you the best Boot for you, Not the best boot for their profit. I've worn Redwings daily for six years now through literal hundreds of miles of retail, Hiking, Snow and cross country travel. You cannot go wrong with Red Wing and the people at this store are among the best to help.

Great customer service in helping me purchase my first red wings. Best work boots I have had in working construction for 7 years. Very helpful and resourceful with understanding the boots you need. The price was high but you have to spend money to get a good quality product.

I drove up on a Saturday from Hurley.
Steve was good, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, chatted with him a little bit and good a good deal on some quality boots. I bought a pair they had in stock and had the other shipped to home for cheap My only complaint the 2 pairs of boots I bought were made in Cambodia. If i was thinking I would've asked for Made in the USA.

Red Wing has by far the top of the line boots. They hold up under year round construction work and keep my feet warm and comfortable. Great local store.

Expensive as @>_b but well worth the money if you can take the bank hit up front.
250$ over 3 years they last with comfort they give from day one is completely worth it.

Great customer service at this location. My husband needed shoes for work that would last awhile. He was going through shoes every 6 months. The quality of these shoes are amazing and well worth the money.

Went in looking for a specific boot this store didn't carry, but Jake (pretty sure this was the dudes name) set me up with a similar style and sized me up! Even though I didn't end up purchasing anything that day, he still made me feel like I was worth his time and treated me with respect! Give this guy a raise!

I knew what shoe I wanted which helped, but service was top notch. We especially appreciated the space with kids toys, our 2 year old loved it and made it easy for us to shop.

I had a great experience at this store, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned and oiled the boots I brought in free of charge. My next pair of boots will definitely come from here.

Everyone working here was very helpful and knowledgeable, they handled each costumer the same and stayed attentive to each of us when it got busy. You should invest in a good boot, and you should do it here.
