Very high quality items, just very expensive haha. They have some really unique products and their stuff lasts really long time. Very cute atmosphere and great location as well.

My husband and I couldn't be happier! He got the backpack and I got the grocery tote. We live in Colorado and get compliments on them all the time. We are also thrilled with their customer service and their lifetime warranty. If you want to save in the long run- go with a Duluth Pack!

We have been loyal Duluth Pack customers for years. Truly the best backpacks, bags, and other canvas storage solutions. We have purchased their backpacks, the bush crafter, lake walk totes, grab and goes, and other items. Spendy but you will never find better quality. All hand made, most to order. As a business owner I have purchased backpacks and bags for employees and they love them and they keep their gear safe. Other bags would wear out quickly, and now I have had some of these for almost a couple decades. Never have been to the store and was so treated by a beautifully laid out store with a large amount of variety of things other than just Duluth Pack. Top notch customer service whether you're in the store, Andy is a great manager; or are calling the warehouse for an order, Kristina is an excellent help and resource. Over the years I have referred many people to get a Duluth Pack and they all say it was the best thing they could get. I know these bags will be handed down to subsequent generations. Great warranty as well! An excellent Minnesota company with excellent products that have stood the test of time.

It’s a really excellent selection of apparel, accessories, and outdoor supplies. It’s a store you could spend hours in checking out cool gadgets and gifts. I ended up buying a bunch of locally made candles and kept running into new products I wanted. Also, the apparel merchandising was really nice.

Employees were more than helpful! Very friendly and knowledge people who fielded every question I threw at them with style and ease, sometimes grace was needed and they were0 all of that and then some. While the prices are not for the faint of heart, they're fair and reasonable considering the excellent quality of the merchandise, the construction of said and most of what I looked at and bought was Made In USA ! What they carry is the stuff legends are made of.

UPDATE: Customer Service was incredible. Reached out to me and corrected an issue, and the new pack is fantastic! Just old school cool. Leather straps, and buckles, and waxed canvas that feels like it could last a lifetime!

Our daughter lives in Ashland WI so when we drive out to visit her we always stop in here and the Northern Waters fish market next door. Two fantastic local shops that are well worth going out of your way to visit. Duluth Pack store does carry some of my favorite brands but they seem to have a larger selection as well as brands I don't see at other places. Wish I lived closer!!

Duluth Pack is the best! They offers a wide variety of high-quality outdoor products that are built to last a lifetime. I absolutely love their Weekender Duffle, which is my go-to bag for any adventure. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they provide excellent customer service.

Today, my fiancé and I, set off in search for an axe, for our needs for when we are out hiking and camping in the woods. Cassie absolutely loves this store, she’s gotten 3 different bags and a hatchet from here among other small things such as stuffed animals, cast iron skillets, and books. We even got our son, Tristan, an awesome summer dress shirt from here that was super comfortable. We talked about getting a long handle axe for a while and today was the day. There was only a few axes that were available but after the clerk was kind of enough to let us see them and get a feel for them we went with the Scandinavian Forest Axe. Even though this was one of their high end axes we knew this would be the best fit for us. We were looking at another axe which was considerably less which had a really light handle, an exclusive hand painted camp axe painted midnight blue. I’m sure it’s a nice axe but we knew what felt better in the end and we are both happy with our purchase. We were happy to find out as well that our new axe has a 20 year warranty in the case there is any defects with the blade or handle. Not only are the products at Duluth Pack good quality but they are long lasting. The bags here have a lifetime warranty on them, we have had to have one patched before and was returned to us practically brand new again. The customer service here is amazing as well. Everytime we walk in they greet us and make sure all of our camping, hiking, and tool needs are met. Can’t wait to come back! The best store of its type. Almost museum-like just shopping there. Most items' pricing leaves you with sticker shock, but the quality is undeniable. In business since the 19th century.

Prices were a little high, but you are paying for quality. Employees were very helpful and polite. Will shop here again.

I love stopping in the Canal Park area.
Lots of bars and restaurants. Duluth Pack is wonderful outdoor retailer. Gear is high quality and the prices reflect. I never pass up an opportunity to do a drive by.

These bags are an absolute work of art. I purchased a waxed Scout Pack, a leather briefcase, and a bison Weekender and I'm just obsessed. The quality of these products blew me away and the care that went into crafting them is evident. I highly recommend this brand!
