What a great place ! Has the best selection of cold beverages in the twin ports. Well organized and a clean store. Great job ICO !

Clean and well stocked

This gas station has DQ on the side of the store, which is very nice. The prices for Gas and items are a little very high. But the floor is fine and the service is fine. I will like to say that the DQ probably saves this Gas station from not visiting since the DQ is actually really good in food.

I only stopped to get some grocery type items for my camper. There is a very limited selection for that type of item. I did find some things so I certainly didn't starve and it was in easy walking distance of the DECC lot. It is attached to a DQ for that type of dining as well.

Date of Visit: 2/25/2019 - Super tiny, but had the pain reliever we needed while staying next door at the Hampton Inn. Seemed to be your standard Gas Station/Convenience Store prices.

The only gas station I’ve ever visited in the world that didn’t accept American Express credit cards. They had a sign the said what they accepted. Their user interface at the pump was terrible and not programmed well. After 5 tries was able to get gas eventually with a Visa, but won’t be back to this station.

Clean and organized store. However, I was not greeted while I walked in, and I didn’t notice they didn’t have a bathroom anymore, I inquired about their bathroom and was given attitude by an older gentleman working the counter. As if I should have seen their sign up in the window. I must have looked past it as I was just stopping for a canned coffee and food. I live locally and I’m a home owner with multiple businesses, and I was treated like I was going to do drugs in their bathroom which probably was why I got the cold shoulder. Seems to be a problem at this store prior to me coming, so it makes sense why there’s no bathrooms but the attitude was necessary? If this is how all customers are treated, that’s very unfortunate. So I’m not saying NOT to go here, I’m saying if you do, expect high prices and poor customer service from the older gent behind the counter. I, personally, didn’t feel like they even wanted me there. So I hurried out and made my way to kwik trip. If anyone who reads this visiting Duluth, go the extra 10 minutes out of your way to kwik trip! They don’t care how you look or dress and will always tell you to have a good day. Bathrooms are clean and easily accessible and great prices for all your needs. Saving money and not dealing with the snarky old man in canal park ico is sooo worth the extra drive.
Customer service is very important, and at the very least, a smile goes a long way.
Ps: Dairy Queen (attached to the ico) is 10/10! Yum!

my Sibling walked in and whoever was working on 6-21-22 said oh she’s ugly but she will still return, She said who me and he said yes, unREAL!!! get some better workers in that store. So disappointed

No security tape/stickers on outdoor pumps and card scanners. Dangerous ice on main walkways. Only 1 window squeegie for all 4 stations and barely any water in its bucket. Really crappy looking and run down. This is NOT the place to see Duluth at its best. Will NOT fill here again.

Such a waste of prime real estate. Not much merchandise and cheap brands of what they do stock. Interior is dirty.
I dream of Kwik Trip taking over.

What a disappointing mess of a place. Worn out, never been updated, half the pumps not working. It’s a shame for such a location.

How can bathrooms at a gas station be closed for paying customers "until further notice"? Lol.

Lame. Poorly maintained dirty gas station with restricted payment options. Drive on. You can do better.
