Snyders Drug Stores

It's great having such a nice store downtown. Living at The Harbours, we can walk to Snyder's through the SkyWalk without going outside in the winter. They have some groceries and basic supplies as well as MoneyGram services (both electronic and paper). I'd give them three thumbs up... if I had another hand... still working on that...

Sitting in Arizona with a young 98 yo ex employee of Snyders! Her name is Virginia and she has fond memories of Mr Turcott, Mgr in 1941 hi 1941.

mostly a lot of weird people. Come with cash if you plan on buying something that's less than 5 dollars otherwise they make you use your card.

They overcharge for everything in that store, they're not very friendly, they seem lazy as they never have anything marked with prices. You can go to Superone and get a two-LTR
bottle for $1.40 vers a 24-oz bottle for $3.15 maybe over-pricing to pocket money. I have never seen such ridiculous prices anywhere else. I will go where I can afford it. And their shelves are always bare maybe their going under lol.

I was excited to see a drugstore at my hotel (and a Snyder’s no less - I haven’t seen one of those in the Mpls area in years) however this store looks like it’s on the brink of closing. Super bare shelves; I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re just trying to sell what they’ve currently got and close down.

I got a bad sunburn one day and ran down to Snyder’s to get some aloe. The only stuff they had left was one can of an aloe spray. It was also pretty pricey but I needed it so I bought. Staff was friendly, hence the star. Got back to my hotel room and noticed the top of the can was dusty. I checked the bottom of the can and it had expired in 2020! I also couldn’t get the cap off, it was nearly fused on cause it was so old. I guess it’s my own fault for note checking the expiration date before buying. Pro tip - check your expiration dates before purchasing anything there (provided this place is still in business).

Surreal store. Friendly staff but absolutely barren shelves. Based on other reviews it seems like it's been this way for at least ten months. No idea how they're still open.
