I was trying to get the discount price on 12 yards of fleece I purchased, and the sweetest gal Liliane helped me. She explained how to go on line & place the order, let me know how the process worked, & was SO kind to take time to help me. She had great customer service skills, & went out of her way to help. I’ll be back-all the staff was helpful & they SMILED!!

Amazing employees all around. Very helpful... from cutting yards and yards and yards of material to waiting on us at the cash register and helping us utilize coupons to get the best deals. We will be able to make 16 fleece blankets. Thank you for helping us help families who stay at Gillette Children's Hospital.

I just had an issue with an order I received from ordering online. Seems I got fabric that was not what I ordered. I went in and it was fixed right away the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind he got the solid black fabric realized there was not enough went in back found more. They even offered I keep the mistake fabric which was awesome it was sort of a nice pattern for my best friend who’s having a baby to make her something!!

I go here about two or three times a year, but each time, I've been fortunate to have been assisted by knowledgeable employees. These days, that is certainly not a guarantee. Prices are reasonable, and if they don't have what I need, they point me to one of their stores that does have the item in stock. Very helpful!

My visit went smoothly. Timing was great as many other customers were busy but luckily not in the area where fabrics are measured and custom cut. The store had the quantities of poly-fil I needed. Thank You Joann for a wonderful shopping experience. I'll be back again soon!

Checked out the fabric sale today! Decided to purchase fabric for quilt. Best time to go for fabric cutting is morning/early afternoon - friendly staff and willing to help and suggest ideas.

Update - I have frequently stopped at this store and I have to say the staff are great! They seem to always know when someone is needing assistance, they seem to be right there and everyone seems to be very knowledgeable of the entire store.

I would say it's a very nice store. It is very clean and look elegant. I only went there to buy clear vinyl several times. The vinyl quality is so good and can last forever. I used the clear vinyl as dinning table and desk protector.

Fabric cutting table employee is pleasant and engaged. As she cut the fabric according to my request, she would ask about the sewing project I was working on. She asked this of everyone! Cashier Amanda advised me on which coupon would offer me the best discount. Store is clean and well stocked.

I just love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Brick and mortar store that you can walk in and out of with your required item within minutes and they have almost every kind of fabric, filling and sewing supplies! They were open on a super snowy day when I needed a ripstop fabric that I thought was only sold online until I found Joann and I couldn't wait for two day delivery.

First time at this location. Staff help me find the color I was looking for and apologize for not having the color I want because it was in a different fabric color. I was looking for bright green color for fleece type of fabric. Staff knew right away it was felt fabric and reassure me not make any mistake. To make sure I know that the fabric was different from what I was looking for. I found what I needed and was happy.

Very helpful staff, the cut counter can take a while so I'd recommend that if you are planning on getting fabric cut to purchase, walk straight to the cut counter and grab a number and THEN start shopping. Many people are typically in line with many fabric bundles to be cut and it can take a while. The people working at the cut counter are helpful and knowledgeable.

Joann's in Roseville has a pretty good selection of fabrics on hand and great deals to match. There are some problems between their online inventory and what is on the shelf. Just because you can order it doesn't mean they have it. I had to find a substitute for a pattern for my project. Their customer service is personal and excellent.

This was forever ago but Adam was great they sed hello when I walked if led me to the fabric I needed help Decide On a color cut it for me and even after I shoped a bit more and Funny enough even checked me out at the registers. iv bin going hear for about a year now and have loved everytime✨😌✨

Of all the Jo-Ann's stores in the Twin Cities metro area, this one is my favorite. The reason? It is clean, well organized, the staff are very kindly and helpful, and I'm not spinning my wheels and wasting a bunch of time trying to find stuff. It is just that tidy. I know there's a lot of folks out there who like SR Harris or whatever, it's a good place for good prices but the price you pay is time and effort because you have to deal with these cumbersome back-breaking rolls of fabric. I don't have the luxury of bringing a big muscle guy with me when I shop and I also benefit from excellent organization. Thanks Jo-Ann's staff for running a tip top shipshape store!

Joann is a great place to look for patterns and hundreds of fabrics. Allow yourself a lot of time to look around. The clerks really like their job and enjoy seeing what you're going to make. Yesteday, the clerk--I'm sorry I didn't catch her name--helped me pick out fabric for a dress I plan to sew for a gift. Joann is such a joy to shop around in.

I LOVE this place so much I can't go too often! They have items I think are great and different!! I bought a upright fan (notreal) old style color of turquoise for my GARDEN!!!! It works when its windy out also! A Garden Apron!!!! Cool! Told my cousin, bet I'm the 1st 1 on the block with a gardening apron! Hahaha. GREAT PRICES ALSO!! LOOK FOR THEIR DEALS! MOST OF THE GARDEN ITEMS WERE 70% OFF!!
