Coney Island Deluxe

A Duluth must Experience ! Coney Island Deluxe was one of our favorite places on our vacation. Retro diner cafe that is family owned for years. Very friendly and great food place to bring the family.

Tasty coneys and super friendly people. But do you know what I loved most? The interior. Something about the green/gold/yellow that just brings me back - a unique retro vibe.

It was our very first time here. Came in shortly before closing on a Wednesday night so it was relatively slow. Coney's and fries were good and the malt was amazing! Lucas and his coworker were very kind and helpful. Super friendly! Great atmosphere almost like an old diner with a more modern feel. And I loved the large Edmund Fitzgerald posters! Definitely recommend and we'll be back.

Nothing but the best. I grew up in Duluth. I have been living in Las Vegas for 23 years. Every time I come home to visit, we stop for a coney dog. My daughter got her first visit. I love the family-owned business, the friendly greetings, and the appreciation we get every time we stop. Don't ever change; the coneys are the bomb. I forgot to get a milkshake last time, dang!! Hopefully, I will see you soon.

Unfortunately I was going to take a photo of the coney island glizzy but as soon as me and boyfriend parked and touched the glizzys they were gone. The inside was aesthetically pleasing, Olde times feel. But FYI don't go there when your hungry bears, cause that glizzy finna be gone. 10 out of 10

Really great atmosphere, cheap and delicious food. Also they have baklava and gyro! Helpful workers and we love this place. We will visit more!

We were greeted by friendly faces as soon as my family walked in the door which is such a great way to start an experience at any restaurant. We ordered with ease, and that's with 2 picky children! Our food was brought to our table incredibly fresh and without much of a wait. Everyone loved their dogs, and I got the double coney with everything on it which was a terrific choice! I had never ever entertained idea of chili and mustard on a hot dog, but gosh darn that was an exquisite combo of flavors. Prices were very reasonable and so were the portions. My family will come again in the future!

This was a fast and easy place to eat at. It wasn't too busy inside, plenty of places to sit. They stayed pretty busy doing take out orders. The food was good and very affordable.

Grew up with this place, go back multiple times whenever I visit home. Meat roasting on a spit makes the best gyro I’ve ever had. French fries cooked fresh, and the best Coneys. My favorite food on earth.

Neat, old-timey location reminds you of 1950s Pop/Soda Shops. Great food -- coney dogs and burgers, gyros, soups, chili, and more.

Friendly staff whether it's teens working on the weekends or (who I assume are the owners and family) the weekday crew.

Clean, large dining area perfect for lunch on the run or for meeting up with friends and family. Can even find some Pokémon hanging out there, if that's your thing lol

The best malts and ice cream in the Midwest! I stop by for "Dinner". Jeff S North Port Florida.

Great food and friendly staff. They have a simple menu of coneys and gyros. The fries are made fresh when you order. The old school diner is clean and fun—lots of room.

When I am in Duluth, I always stop and get a couple of coneys and enjoy them every time. Looking for a really good 🌭? This is the place to find them!!

The food is great most days you can be in and out in under 5 min and still have some of the best food. Small menu with great prices and the malts are one of the best items they have. Atmosphere is a little empty but still has the classic feel to it.

The gyro and burger were great. Malt chocolate shake was amazing and the fries were crunchy and thick. Genuinely the best food i’ve had on my cross state road trip👍🏻 would recommend

Best gyro I've had in a long time and the fries were hot fresh and crispy. I'll definitely be going back. The staff was extremely friendly.

This is by far one of my favorite spots in the Duluth area to dine. Their Coney's are the absolute best, and they are served unbelievably fast. Note to All Ranch Lovers: They DO NOT have Ranch dressing. Disappointing but still totally worth it. The fries, the Coney's, the service, the atmosphere makes this place spectacular! Stopped in to eat while we were waiting for the car to charge. Food was great! Also forgot to get ice for camping. When we asked where to get one close the nice couple filled a bag for us!
