Banana Republic

Came in to get a new suit jacket that would work with the two pairs of slacks I had. I have been shopping here for a long time but hadn't come in for a couple years. It really felt like there was a priority on service and helping us find what we wanted. More of a personal styling kind of experience that you'd expect at a high end store. Not only did I get a great jacket, it was a nice experience from start to finish.

I have been a customer of Rosedale's Banana Republic for years and always received great service, but the last time I was in, I received OUTSTANDING service from the new Store Manager, Jose! I had bought a pair of jeans a few months back and they ripped out on the seam by the pocket. I of course didn't have the receipt anymore and was outside of the exchange time allotment. I spoke with Jose and told him my dilemma. He immediately took action and grabbed the same pair off the shelf and exchanged it out for me for no additional cost! People like Jose is the reason I spend the extra money to shop at a store like Rosedale's Banana Republic!! He could have easily tried to get me to buy a new pair, but he knew I was not trying to work the system and recognized that I just wanted a pair of jeans that weren't ripped. Thank you Jose for the great service and for your kindness in regards to realizing the situation and taking care of me! I truly do appreciate you, Jose, your staff, and your store! Keep up the great work and phenomenal customer experiences!! It's much appreciated and noticed!

I haven’t been clothing shopping for a long time, and when the temperature climbed I needed some new summer clothes. I chose Banana because I like their styles and they fit me well. I had one of the best cloth shopping experience of my life. Staff were immediately attentive and guided me through their selection. They checked back and took items to a fitting room as I shopped. In the fitting room, they found different sizes and colors for me when it wasn’t right. I’ve really never been so pleased to spend an hour in a shop.

This is one of my all time favorite stores. Quality product, in the know, classic wear & fun trends. The staff are knowledgeable of product and are excellent with finding what works for you! Very customer focused!

I received exceptional service here. Each associate greeted me and engaged. I was offered help on numerous occasions and the interactions were genuine. A really refreshing shopping experience.

The store representative, while at the same checking out customers as a cashier, searched Banana Republic stores across the US in an effort to identify stores that may have a particular item I wanted to purchase (an item that had recently been discontinued). She was able to find several stores that still had the item I want to purchase. This customer service speaks highly of this representative. November 30, 2018

My hubs and I needed to pick out an outfit last minute for a wedding this evening. We were immediately greeted by Kayte. This was the beginning of our quest through the Banana Republic. See now... hubs is a man of little patience and REALLY REALLY hates to shop. Kayte was on it and kept up with our pace (which normally makes Speedy Gonzalez look like a slow poke). We were pulling and picking and Kayte was clicking her banana machine for sizes and such. Luckily, we found just what we were looking for! Kayte made it such a nice experience (and speedy) that the hubs even tried on a “fun” shirt. Hubs doesn’t go into the dressing room twice (kind of a big deal). Thank you, Kayte for keeping it fun, adjusting to our style and dealing with our sarcastic humor. I'm always afraid to shop because I frankly have no idea how to pick out cloths. Marcus, the manager, helped me pick out cloths and gave me a lot of great help. 5+ stars
