Petco

We brought our puppy in to get him introduced to bathing and nail clipping. The staff were very attentive and wonderful, given that he was a bit nervous! He was SO soft and smelled like a tootsie pop in the end. We will be back for services in the future!

Our Doodle had her first grooming with Car at Petco today. I could not be anymore pleased at how everything went. All the groomers were so sweet and kind and professional.. “ Car” you did such an amazing job! We definitely will be back soon!

I have tried several groomers in Duluth, Superior and North Branch for my
1 1/2 year old Setter-doodle. Car did an amazing job on her difficult hair. The price was reasonable and he was great with Sophie! I can honestly say this is the best cut and grooming experience we have had since we got her!

I'm actually here in response to a negative review. I am the cashier that is responsible for "Lynette Lyttle's" poor experience.
I made mistakes and agree my way about "helping" could have been better. Because I am the one responsible their frustrations are on me! I don't blame this person for not wanting to talk to me but, I want it to be known that currently at this time we do not have a GM at our site. The "manager lady" Lynette's partner had spoken to is taking on many roles of the GM and the assistant manager works closely with them. I can't say their is a staff at Petco that would lie or mislead anyone intentionally. John is a good guy and so are the staff at Petco they should not be targeted for my mistakes. Management has worked with me and I am confident I could give this person and others a better experience given the chance! Thank you! :)

Great customer service! Helped us find the perfect set up for a new fish tank for our family. Very helpful manager that was kind and informative! We will be back!!

Always a friendly face to greet me and assist me. The app. is awesome. And the care program is awesome. Not sure why anyone wouldn't want this program for extra savings! I saved last transaction $20.00 + discount on litter 20%. I go to the Duluth, Minnesota Store. Love going there. It puts me in a good mood always! Brittany, Tonya, Matt and all the folks there are good human beings.

We took our dog here to be groomed and they did an amazing job! He usually has really bad anxiety but they were able to handle him with care and keep him calm. The store was very clean and our pup was happy!

First time lizard owner and the peeps at Petco have been amazing with their tips and tricks! Always super helpful!

Went there with the intent to purchase a new, bigger, harness for my pup and instead of selling me something new the sales person helped me size the one I had to fit my pup better. Great customer service! I still spent money, but was able to spend it on treats & toys instead. Thank you Petco, Duluth!

Been using the groomer for several years now. Would not go anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

They were crazy busy but a very excellent woman helped me with getting fish and made a point of keeping me in the know on my selection, and thanked me for being patient. She did not need to go so out of her way or be so grateful. Excellent service and done with a friendly attitude. They have always been extremely informative and educational with the fish and kept me from making stupid decisions that i would have made left to my own devices.

Price of my cat's food was cheaper on their website but the clerk was more than happy to match it at the register. Store was clean and everything was stocked well, had no issues finding the things I needed.

My chocolate lab LOVES coming to see all the friendly people here. They all treat her well, she's learned so much from the training classes, and the groomer keeps her looking pretty.

The team at Duluth Petco is awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable every time I walk in. If they don't have something in stock, they'll suggest alternatives or direct you to somewhere else that will have what you need. They're also very patient and energetic when running classes in the store, with the added bonus of having plenty of space in and around the aisles to accommodate shoppers with or without pets.

Absolutely loved the experience and information they provided to us during our shopping experience. The staff took the time to help our son find, learn about, and feel comfortable/excited about bring home his fur critter. Plus, they were all cheerful and ready to help or answer any questions. Our supplies was all ready to go for pick up so it was quick and easy, which made it a stress free moment. Thank you and look forward to coming back soon!

The gal that helped us with reptiles was knowledgeable and friendly, especially dealing with 2 kids, 2 parents and a grandma. She offered tips from her personal experiences and was very patient with the kids. We all left happy and with a new family member
