Fatou was very kind and patient as she helped us look for an outfit for a special occasion. She helped put together the look with accompanying accessories that just make it look amazing. The fitting rooms were spacious and this store is much bigger than I had imagined it was on the inside. It was such a great shopping experience I look forward to more trips here

Visited the store with my mother it was very busy we weren’t greeted. looking for assistance we interacted with a kind associate Malik. While moving things around he stopped his work to assist us. He created a fitting room for my mom as she continued to shop recommended some items for her to pair with the jeans she had he even went to grab her size which was missing. He made the experience wonderful & was very respectful

I usually don’t write reviews and also avoid doing in person shopping but I had such a great experience last time I visited this store. A very caring and patient girl called Makeda helped me to find the right size and right fit. Suggested a specific cut for pants and brought me different models until a found the right one. Great job Makeda and Laura! You really gave me a great retail experience! I def would go back!.

Great place for high quality clothes with reasonable price! I found my business casual clothes and luckily they were on sale (in the end of August). Staffs are friendly and willing to help, always offering the best they can. Carla helped me find different types of pants and blazers in the right size. LOFT and Ann Taylor are sister stores so you can use the same card to accumulate points. The price in the store matchs the price on their website, better try the clothes in the store before making orders.

I love shopping here afterwork, customer service is great! Maria was very helpful and kind , I have recommended her to a few of my colleagues and they agree! Will definitely be returning here when she's around.

Loft is by far one of my favourite clothing shops (I’m so sad they left Canada- specifically West Edmonton Mall). Last summer I visited NYC and found tons of clothes at this Loft that I love and wear them all of the time, especially to work. I even wash most of my Loft clothes on warm and put them in the dryer and they seem to hold up! This year I visited NYC again and once again found many pieces of clothing (and some jewellery/ socks). This location (Times Square) is well organized and the people that work here are lovely, helpful and friendly. Teachers get 15% off if you show a piece of ID! There are some exceptions to this but it applies to most things.
One piece of feedback I would give (not specific to this location), is that Loft needs to have more size inclusive clothing. Even a few sizes bigger than XL would be wonderful. I would have purchased more if the sizing were more inclusive.

I went to this store yesterday to get a jacket I've been eyeing for literally months. I couldn't find it on the floor, even though it said it was in stock online. The team that worked there went above and beyond to find the jacket in the stockroom, bring down two sizes, and help me decide on which one fit better. It was such a great experience... I've definitely been to stores where you are ignored and the team is not helpful, especially in a crazy busy place like Times Square. I work right by there and will definitely go back. Plus, the clothes are really nice and of high quality.

Beautiful building, looks especially romantic at night. I wanted t buy some piece of clothing for my wife as a present but it was too expensive for my travel budget.

Loft has been on of my favorite stores and this one did not disappoint. They were so helpful without being overbearing. I purposefully bought more than I intended because they were so nice.

LOFT has been my favorite brand. Loved the NY collections! They had the semi annual sale where the tops was $13! Definitely worth the style and price!

I visited this store at 42 & Times Square for the first time by "accident". I was walking to the store at 47-50 Rockefeller Center but my map took me to this store which is really big and have lots of sale items. During checkout the sales person informed me that the other store was closed permanently. I mostly shop online and will occasionally return an item at the store. Luckily for me and Google maps I found this store and I made some good purchases.

Great experience! Snagged two pair of pants for the Fall that were pulled from their stock room in my size and fit. I'm typically an online shopper so I was very pleased to leave w merchandise in hand. And first an awesome price too!

This was the most wonderful shopping experience I’ve had in months. I went to the store with a service dog and not only were the staff incredibly accommodating about putting my items in the handicapped stall but they also offered to bring him some water and asked if I needed the flickering light turned off without asking about my disability. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so helpful and to the manager for training your staff so wonderfully!

Stopped in one day, put some clothes on hold, and when I came back later, they weren't up at the front desk, but Ashley was so helpful and patient and thorough and eventually found them in the fitting room! Really appreciate how friendly and helpful the associates are.

Reps were super helpful and patient. Items returned past 30 days were not given full credit. I got a replacement for a broken glasses. Happy nonetheless.

Frequent traveler - this location is right near Madison Square Gardens. They were two stories and had tons of selection. The staff was very helpful. I had to walk because getting a cab or Uber was impossible at that corner. My concierge told me, you are better off going a street away from this corner to get a cab.

Hugh sale almost everything 70% off. Lovely cardigans, vibrant colors. I was really taken back, thought I was in J Crew for a moment. Not crowded at all,

Very helpful and everyone was so pleasant from the time I entered the Loft, looked around, tried on clothes, got assistance, down to the cashier and my exit. Very welcoming and I will definitely go again.
