Lenny, the owner has taken care of me for many years. Being a Saturday they were extremely busy, yet he treated me as if I was the only customer. Easton Shoes employees know feet then they take what they find out about your feet and take what you are interested in and their knowledge of their stock and match you up with the right shoe for you. They have been in business for many years.

High quality shoes and great customer service! Roxanne is incredibly nice and sweet and she has patiently helped me find shoes that fit perfectly (my feet are very difficult to find shoes for). Thanks to her great recommendations, I now own the three most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever had!

The owners are very knowledge​able about shoes and so very personable. Lenny and Marcia are the best. I come all the way from Akron. In fact I am here right now.

I had the fortune of being helped by Ron. He was knowledgeable attentive and thorough. When people talk about old-school customer service this place is a great example of that.

When day is off

Sold me a pair of shoes that are on $100 discount sale because new ones came out, for full price. My dumb mistake for not checking... But still shouldn't overcharge on shoes. Do not recommend. In the money game I suppose.
