I love this Kroger! I come here multiple times a week and the staff continues to be extremely friendly. Avry, who I have met while working at self checkout, has been so helpful and I enjoy her personablility. Seth, who I have met while he works collecting carts, is always on top of his service. He has helped me many times by taking care of my cart after I unload my groceries in my car. Love it here!

I prefer this Kroger compared to the nearby Walmart for buying Vegetables and Fruits. From other reviews, it's clear that some staffs are against Asians. But I haven't faced any such moment so far. In fact, I always had pleasant experiences. One such time, I was having just a debit card and I still have to pay couple of bucks after my card limit. One young man (Kroger Staff) paid the remaining for me. Also one young lady staff of color, always greets with warm smile. I don't know their names yet but I appreciate their service and enthusiasm. Staff at the sea food counter were always kind and helpful. Will update if I face anything otherwise. However so far, it's the more convenient store for me especially for daily groceries than anything else.

They're good grocery stores as long as you download the coupons and they do have some good deals

I got there right at opening and I had to get some bake goods for the office and the lady working the bakery area check the dates to make sure I got the freshest items. Everyone in the store was very friendly.

Just left there always come after work and to the young man who pushes all the carts in thank you ! Your amazing! He helped me put my groceries in the car without me even asking every time I come ! He is so sweet great customer service give that young man a raise! The tall one is working now with sunglasses on such a hard worker and friendly I love to see it

Quick in and out and generally well stocked. The deli is sloooow but the people are friendly. Really like the produce here and check out is fast and easy.

Wonderful Customer Service

We love going to this store because of the people. Everyone has always been friendly & courteous. We see Geoff consistently as we shop evenings and he's always been a friendly face for us despite the stress of shopping during the pandemic. On a recent visit, just before a hectic close, Geoff went above and beyond for us by helping us with some dog food that had been priced incorrectly on the shelf. He took the time to cross-reference the correct price and make sure we were taken care of.

I always enjoy this Kroger. I even drive an extra 15 min past at least 4 closer Krogers to shop here. Friendly, organized, and clean. Special shout out to the young man with glasses working the self check out @10:15 today. So polite and friendly. 🙂

By far the best customer service experience I've ever had! David, who I believe is some kind of general or store manager, opened a new lane while the store was busy. He then unloaded my entire cart onto the conveyor, bagged my groceries, thanked me numerous times, and asked if I needed help to my car (because I had my baby with me). I've never had a poor experience in this Kroger!

I've been frequenting this Kroger for years, but just today had a very great experience at the customer service desk with David. He helped me through a long, convoluted return and was friendly and patient the entire time. I know how stressful customer service can get, but he nailed it!

I drive from Dublin to this kroger even tho I live a few blocks away from one! The best selection of organics and healthy foods. Always clean and staffed with helpful people. Lines never seem to get too long, even on the weekends.

Kroger Crown Plaza's service has been phenomenal in the past month. My fiance and I have ordered groceries through clicklist at several Kroger locations, and Crown Plaza is by far the quickest location we've been to. The employees we've interacted with have all been wonderful! Specifically, Nate went above and beyond to ensure that we received the groceries we ordered. We're so thankful for Crown Plaza's service!

Full-size Kroger with ample self scan checkouts, kitchenware and holiday fare, and extensive groceries. This location has many amenities and really is a one stop shop for me.
