Kroger

Just another Kroger in Columbus area- looks a bit oldie, but quite stocked up. The store was neat and clean, and well organized. The staff were helpful. Here people wrote about a problem regarding self check out. However, I didn’t face any problem while checking out by myself.

2/17/23: Abdullah is still at great customer service!! He's fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He works hard in the customer service dept and self checkout assistance as needed including taking away my empty basket, helping with coupons, etc. You name it, Abdullah takes care of it!!

Kroger's is a very nice place to shop for groceries. It is always clean and orderly. They have a great delicatessen.

Kroger is good but definitely a little pricey

They have baby carriers! You can strap your car seat safely to a cart. Plus the customer service staff is awesome, the cheese lady is incredible, and there are people who know how to actually cut meat.
The parking lot sucks, but that's usually the fault of the other drivers.

Locals tip: If you just need the clinic, there is a secondary door east if the main for that is right next to the clinic and parking is easier.

An employee named Faith helped me find Kefir drink that had been moved from the location where it had been for years. She wasn't sure where the new location was, but she checked with other employees who were able to direct me to the new location. All this was late in the evening when the store is on reduce staff.

I have been going to this Kroger location for over 25 years and all of the employees have always been extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant. It is a great place to shop!

I went to the little clinic of this place waited half hour and found that they don't accept my Buckeye insurance. I want to pay cash and they said it is not allowed. Yet the staff was super nice and keep apologizing. She even helped to suggest some over the counter coughing drugs to me. I am impressed with her attitude.

Visited Pharmacy and several other departments in the store. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician friendly and helpful. Supermarket items in stock and easy to find. Checkout cashier and bagger friendly and efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Would’ve been five stars but I saw two people having S*X in the peanut butter aisle. This place has really gone downhill. Still not as bad as Graceland

This Kroger is amazing. They are always so kind to my kids and I. Tonight I was short on change and they helped me. Thank you so much.

Becky was outside today setting up pallets of Christmas wreaths and decor and was smiling and so kind. The most friendly employee I have ever encountered at this location!

Friendly staff, we've done basically all of our grocery shopping here every week for the last 2 years. Consistently has what we need and at reasonable prices. I've only had good experiences here.

Love the place, with one hopeful request, during Ohio State Football games could you play the games over the in house audio? That would be heaven! Usually during the games the store isn’t too busy, and shopping would be a breeze! Ok, the occasional “Produce please call register 6 for pricecheck” would be there, but think of it.... 40....30....20...10..... Touchdown!! Ohio State defeats Xichigan, yet again... joyous noise ensues.. just think about it Kroger people.... you know who you are, and I’m just a loyal customer, nothing more...

9-15-21…….And like you still haven’t gotten the OSU game on the radio , I would think Paul Keels would be proud, and 97.1 the Fan would be as well. Get the game on!! Who really cares about getting groceries when there’s a game on!!! Right?

Store is super great! Everyone is nice here, I enjoy it. The cashier jay is a sweetheart! He’s super welcoming.

Home with a cold. Ordered in morning. Picked up in afternoon dressed in pjs. Aaron was awesome. I realized I had forgotten cold medicine. No problem, he went back in to get! Everything was as ordered...no broken eggs!
