AT&T Store

I come into the store with my heart rate elevated, new AT&T. The person I worked with loves his job AND was able to explain what I needed to do so I understood it. He had a lot of patience! I left with problem solved and my heart rate back to normal.

On my arrival at the store, I met Lira upfront she was courteous. She was very knowledgeable about every information I needed. She took me through all my questions diligently. She helped me to make a very firm decision at the end of my message. I even made a decision to sign up for other products. In fact, she gave me the best customer service experience. I ever had.

Representative Lyra Skinner was most helpful several times with detailed information covering each topic and question.
AT&T is lucky to have her.

Absolutely amazing experience with this store. I went in to set up phone service and everything went phenomenally smoothly. After not having a phone service for a while, I am more than happy with the location and the provider I chose. Staff was exceptional in every way. Especially Amy. Amy the manager went out of her way to make sure that I left with the phone I wanted and all the accessories I wanted and needed.

We came in 10 minutes before closing tonight because my husband’s phone would no longer charge. Draven was absolutely amazing and was able to get us a new phone with all the necessary accessories in under 20 minutes. Would totally recommend!!

I was in the store 7/28 my cell phone wasnt working right. Sam helped me so much, with trying to figure out what the problem was. He ended up selling me a new phone. He also stayed a little past close to get my things on the new phone. really happy with the service i got. thanks Sam

She make sure I was completely satisfied and that’s a plus . She is definitely a keeper .Please make sure she is here when I come back to trade my phone. I enjoy working with her thank you . I must also say the other sales associate was very nice also .She is great for your Business I left the store smiling . She make a great leader.

I think Jay Singh, the guy who helped us, was very nice AND patient. Patience is important, as you know retail is retail and people burn out as fast as a jimmy john’s delivery.

He was kind and offered to give us a new SIM card since we got the original from a different company. This was to ensure no problems would arise later.

I hope that other employees can provide equally excellent service as Jay. A different employee, Bradley the assistant manager, could definitely be nicer when assisting people or just stay outta retail for good.

After running into multiple issues getting my account services online, Jaylon at the store was attentive, friendly and efficient. I spent less time in store than I did on the phone!

I had a great experience with customer service agent Jay. He went above and beyond to diagnosis, explore solutions, and ultimately fix my phone. The store was very busy but he was patient and thorough despite the pressure of a waiting line of people and a very persistent software problem with my phone. He was professional and the service he provided was outstanding.

Zac was awesome. Very kind and helpful!! Helped us get the best promos and plans, very patient, truly kind and sincere. Made our experience great!

Ashley and Zach saved the day!!!! We transferred over from Verizon and our watches wouldn’t work. After dealing with the activating customer service on the phone for more then 8 hours over three days. Ashley and Zach were able to fix the issue within 45 minutes!!! Will definitely be back if anything else goes wrong.

Hands down the most friendly and understanding at&t branch in this city. Ashley and Zac goes above and beyond to help out with all the Sims card and phone exchange issues I had. They are on your team and have your best interest at heart. 10/10 would recommend this store!

Dylan was who helped my husband and I, he was awesome to work with! He helped us get onto a better plan to fit our needs, answered all of our questions, and they went above and beyond to make sure we left with the phones we wanted. The manager Andrew even went to another store to get my husband’s phone because they had one in stock at another location. Every one there was so friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thank you for all of your help!!

Bought 2 iPhone 12s. Easy process, Chante was very helpful. We were able to order exactly what we wanted and both were delivered the next day. Had some issues starting up one of the phones and returned where Zac assisted us. Also, Martin, the store manager followed up the following day to make sure our account billing was correct. Great customer service!

Zak helped me set up my voicemail which I could not do through tech support. He went completely out of his way. There was no commission, no sale. It was an act of human kindness. I am so grateful for his knowledge, technical skill, patience and thoroughness.
