Sunrise is one of the Top 2 Columbus stores for East Asian and Southeast Asian foods, utensils, cookware, dinnerware, decorations and more. Ample parking right out front makes it easy to get in and out. Fresh vegetables. Fresh fruits. Fresh seafood, poultry, and a wide variety of meats and special cuts. Roast pork. Roast duck. Be sure to order these ahead near holidays!

Excellent selection of large, stainless steel cookware (pots large enough to cook serious whole foods). Solid collection of stir-fry equipment for your basic stovetop or for your dedicated wok burner.

If you want to see a great variety of fish and shellfish, you are in luck. The meat and seafood counters are not as nearly organized as a big box grocery, but the selection and quality are great.

Owners have made a real effort to provide a comprehensive range of offerings at very (very) reasonable prices.

Sunrise has moved across the road to the old Fresh Market location. They have 10 times the space and have expanded product selections. Still have live fish, fresh meat counter, fresh veg, but much more frozen, a bakery and a carryout with roast duck. Best grocery near UA.

Well, I don't think I am qualified to give a fair review of this place since I do not speak Mandarin. However, if being clean, packed with people shopping for all sorts of different types of food. Then yes, this place was amazing!!

Great place to get Asian foods. They have tons if spices for great prices too and they sell roast duck.

We shop here from time to time. We mostly buy produce. They have a wide variety to pick from, and stock it often. It is always fresh, and unlike the American grocer the produce is not rotten the next day. They have meats and seafood, canned goods, a small bakery, I think a deli, and a few store prepared items as well. This is of course an Asian grocery store, so keep that in mind when planning out your meals if shopping here. Obviously if you're making Asian meals it's a no brainier.

If you are looking for hard to find, and quality Asian ingredients, this is where you want to go. They also have a nice selection of Asian cookware and dining pieces. I cook a lot of Asian food, and this is the only place that sells Thai Red Chilli's, Galangal, Shrimp Paste, and Pork Belly. They have so much craziness in the meat and produce department that I didn't know what half the stuff was. Which is a huge positive. The store is very clean as well. They are also open till 9pm every single day, which is really nice. I will be coming back here a lot.

They are always stocked up! I put an updated picture of the cooked meat section here, but not other sections of the store like the seafood section and etc.
Edit: I recently came back and their prices went up by about a dollar or so

Great Asian supermarket with plenty of exotic foods to try. One of the few places in columbus to find durian and balut

Beautiful market, amazing pho restaurant nestled right in the middle with ample seating for many. I tried the duck buns, beef pho and egg buns and was absolutely amazed. So very perfect.

I visited that place the first week one with my Khmer friend and fond of its Asian selections with Chinese cuisine based. They have all type of pork meat, heart, liver, pork hock, leg, big pieces of pork belly and roasted meat in Chinese style. What not to love about that place. I’ll go back for more

Stopped because I saw the bakery sign. Had to get dessert for a dinner. Picked up several different sweets. I was not disappointed. I live in Cleveland but when I come back to visit I am stopping again.

Really good selection of candy and snacks, produce, meat and seafood, along with all the pantry items you would usually expect to find. Don't miss the giant selection of frozen items as well.

They have a decent selection of Korean beer, soju, and makgeolli. The only thing they're really missing is sake, but since they aren't Japanese, that's fair.

Great Supermarket. Hugh inventory. A lot of selections. If you purchase over $150 they even offer you Free stuff. Like case of drinks and other stuff. Selling Roast Duck, Roast Pork, Soy sauce steam whole chicken, and Xa Xui pork. They even have a dine in area now. Love it. Spend at least an hour there.

Very clean and friendly staffs. They have live seafood; Dungeness crab, blue crab, lobster, also some live fishes. Great BBQ duck and pork.

All-around pretty good Asian grocery store. Just happen to find it by doing a quick search. They have a very nice fresh meat selection. I was impressed by the large variety of fresh and frozen meats!
There is a fresh bun /bakery area in the back. Although, I was slightly disappointed because everything was sold out for the day ...totally my problem because I didn't visit until near closing time. What was left in the cases looked delicious. Online it looks like they have a hot food menu but it was busy in the back and closing so I didn't have time to double-check that. If they still serve hot food I will definitely be going back to try!
It is a clean average-sized grocery store with a decent selection. I will say due to being late I wasn't able to thoroughly look at everything but I will be going back.
There is a very nice selection of dishes in the front of the store as well as a good selection of cookware and rice cookers etc.
They were busy and I did have to wait in a good-sized line to checkout. Though my overall impression is that this store stays busy.
Checkout went quick considering the line and the employee was very friendly. My only real complaint is I bought quite a few very beautiful dishes but they didn't wrap them or separate them when bagging. I wish they would have at least put each dish in a separate bag if they don't provide paper to separate or bubble wrap. I think that would be the only reason I would consider changing my rating.
I'll be going back to try the food so I'll reassess everything then and do a quick review edit if needed.
Produce, forgot to mention the produce. Nice large selection of produce. I just didn't get a chance to look through it.
There were a few things either they don't carry or I could find like daikon (pickled radish ) and Korean bread crumbs. But it was a fast stop so I'm sure I probably missed it and didn't have time to ask. Overall would recommend shopping here. I have purchased more dishes and they were properly wrapped so I'm thinking they were just extra busy. Update on the bakery in the back ...peach cake is delicious!

This is a big international grocery store. It is located on W Broad where Kohl's used to be. I went here for Kimlan Soy Sauce. They had it. They have soy sauce in 2 different rows...so ask before you leave if you are looking for something. This store is interesting and unique. You can find items that you may not be able to find anywhere else.
