Dr Rajesh Madan treating us since last 16 years, each of his decisions was very good, he is very friendly and people oriented.
About his supporting staff also very friendly, they are very knowledgeable and answered our questions properly.whenever we need appointments this office always prioritize and gives appointments,

Dr Rajesh Madan is a primary care physician for myself and my whole family including my mother. We find him very caring and knowledgeable. It is easy to get same day appointments and even video appointments are available. They also have after hours service for emergency where Dr Madan himself comes on the phone which I had to use couple of times over the weekend. His clinic is very clean and gives positive vibes. My mother is able to speak in Hindi with Dr Madan due to which she feels very comfortable. His staff is also very cooperative. Specially NP Hiral Patel is equally caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as primary care doctor for anyone.

Dr. Rajesh Madan, is a very knowledgeable and approachable Physician. He listens to the health issues and takes time to walk thru next steps and at the same time provides the confidence a patient would need. Dr. Rajesh Madan is the Best Doctor! The NP Hiral Patel is also the best. I went for my ear pain and pink eye. She listened to all my problems patiently. Did not rush at all and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. All staff is very good.

Dr Madan is the best Doctor in town. He and his team are excellent people , They are very friendly staff. He has been my Primary Physician since 2013 . He is very adept at the job he does and ensures his patient is treated in a professional manner. most of the time they try to accomodate same day sick appointments. no matter how busy they are . One word of advice "when you call them for an appt and they ask you to be on hold, please be patient and be on hold , they will get back to you" , as they are very busy .

I have been a patient of Dr Madan for the past 4 plus years. I am really happy with my experience till date and have never had any issues. He is accurate in his diagnosis and treatment is very good. The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with you for appointment scheduling, paperwork and insurance questions. I have had a time where I had to go in due to an emergency and I was able to get in on the same day to see the doctor. It also really helps that the doctor is available on Saturdays twice a month.

I have been a patient of Dr Madan for the past 4-5 years. I am really happy with my experience every single visit. The facility is conveniently located in Hilliard close which is easily accessible from Downtown area and Northwest side and very close to the freeway. Dr Madan and his staff is very friendly and that have all the amenities for doing routine blood work. I have had a very positive experience consulting Dr Madan and it has helped me impove and manage my overall health. What I like the best about this practice is the ability to provide same day appointment as long as you call even by noon. I also like their Portal where I can view information about my Physicals and also get Email reminder about my appointments.

I am not a medical expert to certify if his knowledge is good or excellent. But as his patient, this is my feedback for those of you in search for a GP

Dr Madan is a courteous, polite, straightforward, guileless, soft-spoken , easy to talk to person and a very attentive listener.

I always found our interactions to be concise and covers all relevant aspects of the problem I go with.

His support staff are polite and helpful.

I am Ranjit singh and I am personally very satisfied with the way doctor treats me when ever I go for consultation, he is very friendly with all his patients and he personally takes care of each patient like his family member. My Husband and I have use Dr. Madan as our family doctor for a few years. We initially went to him just to get some immigration paperwork filled out and kept coming back. We have both been extremely happy with his personality and his abilities as an diagnostician. Dr. Madan is seems very caring and has always spent as much time with us as we needed. His bi-weekly Saturday appointments are a very nice option and it is always easy to call and get someone on the phone (not always true at other practices).

On one occasion I did make an appointment for a routine check-up/prescription refills and I was scheduled to see their NP without notice. It was soon after she was hired and I was not very pleased to see her instead of the doctor without knowing in advance. Also I take thyroid medicine daily and Dr. Madan requires his patients to come in every 6 months for blood tests instead of yearly. This is inconvenient for me as I have been on the same dose for years and years. I asked the NP if I could please come yearly instead and she basically said no. She is very nice but I was not overly thrilled with her as a medical professional. Now I always request to see Dr. Madan when making an appointment.

In response to other posters below I have never witnessed his staff being rude (or extremely friendly) to anyone, to me they are pretty average. Perhaps the rudeness was a staff member who is no longer there. However I don't particularly find most office staff members or medical assistants in other offices overly friendly either. Also, if any doctor wants you to have lab tests drawn it is for a good reason. They do not make money from them so there would be no monetary reason. It is up to you to know what your insurance does and does not cover and you can simply say "no thank you" to any recommended test. Also, I have always been able to discuss my lab results, at length, over the phone. They have never required us to make another appointment.

I would recommend Dr. Madan to any friend or family member because of his caring nature, professionalism, and competence as a medical doctor.
