The fellas working here were kind, courteous, and fast! They happily helped me get a 95 lb shipment out of my car. Super appreciative of their excellent customer service! Seems to be a lost art these days. Keep up the good work guys. You rock!

They are always very helpful every time I'm in there

I needed to make several returns yesterday, and with two twin babies at home, I was running very late. When I got to the doors of UPS I realized it was closed and I had just missed their normal operating hours. I turned to go back to my car and an employee ran out to help me with all the packages I was carrying. His name is Jesse and he stayed and helped me with my returns even though he had already closed the doors. It meant so much to me and I’m so thankful for the great customer service!

Good customer service, clean environment, quick turnaround

I use this UPS store at least once a month and have had great service every time whether it's been super busy or I'm the only customer at that moment. They move people through efficiently without rushing them.

I always visit this UPS store for notary service and Jennifer does an excellent service for my notary, she is very professional and helped me out with documents. She is very experienced and knows if any documents are missing from the check list. I got an appointment before closing and I had to get these things done right away and she was so patient and helpful.

Given all the chaos of COVID and the incredible amount of shipping that needs to be done this location did an amazing job of handling a queue of about 12 people. Jennifer was so nice to the 5 people she interacted with in prior to me, and was a pleasure during our entire interaction. She laid out all of my options and costs and made sure I had the most cost effective shipping and packaging. I very rarely ship anything, but moving forward if I have shipping needs it will be with this store.
