Also, if an issue(s) with the vehicle makes it unsafe to drive they will let you know (as was in my case & the pictures also clearly confirmed this) and they will explain why in full detail.

My vehicle is almost 20 years old with close to 300k miles in which I hope to be able to drive for at least another 100k miles if not more. In short - this is now my go to place for my vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. I totally trust Dylan and his team with their care and expertise. From superb customer service, reasonable prices, along with excellent care and efficiency on servicing my vehicle. Also, Dylan went out of his way to give me a ride home while my car needed to remain at the shop (the parts were set to arrive the next day and/or late that day) and he came and picked me up on the day the repairs were completed.

I am grateful for Dylan and his team especially during this very difficult time I am experiencing with my health. Though I have more difficult obstacles to overcome before things get better, the care and kindness that was shown to me meant more than words can convey. I much appreciate Dylan and his crew for all they do. Stellar service.

Glad I found this place! Needed new brakes and i saw this Midas had a great rating. I was not disappointed. Dylan was very professional along with all the rest of my staff. I highly recommend this place they will not rip you off and do extremely quality work! All quotes were cheaper than any of the places I have dealt with recently.

07 Jeep Commander needed some big work. Dylan and the Midas Team made sure I was aware of all issues before starting. They took great care and I truly feel like I've been taken care of by a close family member!

Very courteous! Amazing people who actually care about the individual!! Gave me a free oil change on the house because a certain company didn’t tighten my oil cover and had my oil leaking and drained dry after a month. Dylan was very kind and made sure I knew what was going on!!

I needed to find help for my car when I was hundreds of miles from home. I read a few reviews, crossed my fingers, and called Midas. I am so glad I did! I was lucky for two reasons: One, I didn't realize how unsafe my car was. I knew the alignment was off, but there were more issues that made traveling back home with my daughter very risky. Two: The guys at Midas were great. They found an affordable way to make the repairs and finished the work in one day. I didn't need to extend my vacation. I didn't go broke. My daughter and I made it safely home and the car is still driving well. Anytime I'm back in Fairlawn and need help with my car, I know exactly where to go.

Great experience! Dave and Dylan are both very knowledgeable and helped me out with some trouble I was having with my Jeep. I know nothing about cars but Dylan was super accommodating with my schedule and Dave even noticed something that I hadn’t even come in for- and with him mentioning it, it will save me a ton of money down the line. He listened to my concerns and explained everything in terms that I could understand. These guys really are awesome and if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I will for sure be returning to this Midas especially for any car needs I have.

10/10. I called the morning of requesting an oil change, Midas team was able to schedule me for 4:45PM that same day. Also answered all my questions about the services included and the promos and coupons they offer. Great communication, detail oriented and upfront about ALL pricing. First time customer and for sure will come back!!!

For easy in and out service, left car overnight and was taken care of the next morning and picked up that same day! Very nice work, no cutting of corners and very professional! Will definitely be back when necessary !

I drove in without an appointment and they took my car in as soon as they had an opening. They were super honest in telling me all the things going on with my car. I will never forget how much the employees of this Midas went above and beyond for me! Dave and his team were not only excellent at their jobs, but they never made me feel like they were trying to upsell me. I felt like he genuinely cared what was happening and helped my direct needs. I had a tough day and they even went multiple places to find a part for my old car (always hard to find) and I definitely didn't expect that. He communicated with me via text on every update which was really great and I'm looking forward to making this my neighborhood auto repair shop!

The employees of this Midas and management went above and beyond for Debbie and myself! Dylan (I hope I'm spelling his name right). and the first Dave worked really hard to get this piece off the car that was stuck. That was not an easy job.(I think it was the old tire rod, We have an older car.) The employees here are excellent at their jobs, however they never made us feel like they were trying to upsell us. We felt like Dylan genuinely cared what was happening and helped direct our needs. When we came back the next day, the other employee named Dave was excellent, he finished getting our car in good working condition and he communicated every update which was extremely helpful. This is literally the best auto repair shop that we have been to! We're definitely coming back.

Best Mechanics in Fairlawn (Akron in general). The people here know what they are doing, best prices, best service, quick turn around for any type of repair you need done. Don't waste your time at other shops, come here to get it done right.

This is the best Midas in town. The manager and his team are very accommodating! They listen to all of my car concerns, explain things so I understand, and they always offer a coupon when they can. He remembers my husband and I whenever we walk in and it is very appreciated. I have been to many oil change sites in the area and this one is the most affordable with the best customer service. I will be a long time customer here, thanks again Midas Fairlawn.
