This was my first visit to El Meson, and I will absolutely be back.

I placed an order for 6 people for pickup. All orders were correct, labeled, an individually bagged. Each had their own chips and salsa. (I did request the chips to be individual)

I had the lunch special Fajitas Yucatan. the portion was outstanding and the flavors were great! It came with tortillas. The pictured portion is after I ate half! The vegetables were perfectly cooked.

Ordering was easy! They do charge extra for card usage (understandable)

It was our first visit there and even with a long wait, the food was worth it. We got the guacamole and chips for a appetizer and it was really good. My wife ordered the chicken taco salad and it was very big, and very delicious. I ordered a build your own combo platter with 2 tamales and a burrito with rice and beans. I'm a huge fan of tamales and it is hard to find good ones but these were the best tamales I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!!

I had susie as my server, she was genuinely so amazing. the food was 10/10, so delicious 🔥 thank you to susie for making our valentine’s day dinner so enjoyable ✨

This place has great food & atmosphere. I’ve been here for dinner as a large group or alone and they have always been accommodating. A must try!

Celebrated my best friends 14th birthday here recently. I suggest ordering the sea food item and the tamales 🫔

(Sep 2023 Update) New bartender, he is doing well. Kitchen is making consistent food - well done. Perhaps the areas can be cleaned more often, its hard when it busy time. Manager should get out and talk to the customers more.(May 2023 )- No covid. Life is back to normal. This place is busy as pre covid times. Parking can be challenging at times, just be patient, and you will find a spot.. There are lots of good drink options, and the bartender knows what he is doing. There are a good selection of tequilas - Just ask for what you like. Food is outstanding; there are a lot of dishes that are not usually found in other mexican restaurants here.

Maurice was an ideal waiter! Have been here multiple times and am always blown away by the quality of food. When looking for Mexican cuisine this is always our very first stop! Cannot recommend Maurice and El Mesons enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The food was outstanding...some of it ( salsa) a little spicy for me but absolutely delicious and filling for sure. My husband ordered the soup and even though he was full he could not stop eating it. We were both full had to take dessert to go.

Came for the new Barbie Margaritas, and they were AMAZING! Tastes just like a sweet and sour Pink Lemonade. Will definitely be back for them again.

The food is always delicious! The staff is kind, accommodating and quick. It's a fun experience to eat at the restaurant and it's also great to carry out. They pay attention to details on your carryout order for special requests. The owner is generous and helps out our community. Eat here!

Never a bad meal here! The food is phenomenal. Try to go once a month but really could eat every night. It's authentic and flavorful and has just enough heat in the spice to make that beer taste great! The service is also outstanding, always greeted by happy people with smiles.

Everything tonight was REALLY good. From tacos to steak, and even our kids chicken nuggets everything was seriously perfect. When you go to a restaurant and all the staff looks out for you then you know you'll be back! We ordered the Quesa Birria And Ohio Steak (both were amazing). Spicy Jalapeno Margarita and the Skinny Margarita were SUPER fresh!

I recently went to El Mason to start the evening of a bachelorette party. Our waiter was friendly and fast. At the end of the evening he surprised our table with free shots and an extra margarita which was so nice!! The manager made a point to stop by the tables on a busy Saturday night and check in on our table too. The customer service here is great! I got the carnitas tacos and the meat was so juicy I could have eaten 3 more tacos.

Went here for the first time today and truly was not disappointed. My boyfriend and I moved to the area recently and have tried out quite a few Mexican restraunts that we didn't feel hit the mark for us. This place blew our old favorite out of the water. The food was amazing with portion sizes being generous. The happy hour was phenomenal as well and the drinks were crafted to perfection.

The one thing that really stood out to me though was how amazing, attentive, kind, friendly, and overall personable our server was. His name was Josh. Josh not only made sure we were okay, he made sure to check back periodically throughout our entire meal. That was before we even told him we were there for a birthday (which we didn't even mention until we had our bill because we didn't want the attention from it). Coming from 2 people that work in the industry, we couldn't have been more happy.

Thank you, Josh, and El Mesons, for the amazing lunch today! You guys are killing the game.

I absolutely love this place so much! The food is sooo good. The staff is super friendly, we especially love Nathan! Definitely our favorite date night Mexican place.

Great food, friendly staff, big portions, everything a local Mexican place is supposed to be. However, this place feels more upscale than your average place. We will be back for sure!

This is my favorite restaurant! We eat here almost every other week. Always kind and welcoming staff, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. Never disappoints!
