I’ve shopped at your stores frequently over the years, and I’m usually disappointed by the disorganization, something being out of stock, or long waits with poor customer service.

Today, 2/17/24, was different. I found everything I needed and no long wait. But the absolute cherry on top of it all was your cashier at Register 6 at 1:02 PM. Her name is Jaynie on my receipt, but her dangling name badge never turned around for me to confirm that is her name. In the 10+ years I’ve been shopping at Marc’s, almost every single clerk literally THROWS my produce—potatoes, avocados, apples—it doesn’t matter, they throw it and bruise it and reduce my time to consume it.

Jaynie either needs a raise or a promotion for her common sense in quickly checking me out but not harshly handling my produce. I’d shop at your stores more often for my produce if you had her training your clerks. Thanks, Jaynie. I know it’s such a small detail but truly does show your level of care for each customer.

The week of Christmas, I needed 220 gallons of distilled water!
Steve got it ordered in one day, met me at the counter with a gallon in his hand to scan...and then met me in the back of the store and helped me load my truck!
Rare to find someone these days with that kind of work ethic and customer satisfaction in mind!

Great discounts on everyday things including food some clothing and shoes, jackets and winter coats to list only a few items. Easy access to store with handicap parking and handicap electric riding carts. The discount closeout area is always chocked full of different and interesting items.

Always a great selection of everyday needs and bargain prices. Saves us 50% over the big chain grocery stores.

If you're able to make it to this store first thing in the morning, you'll be able to avoid the typical long wait at checkout.
Great selections...good prices. The salads are the best you can buy for your money. They're always fresh. I buy them everytime I go to this store. Marc's has the best produce hands down. Always a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Unlike most other grocery stores, they stay fresh in the refrigerator for quite a while. In fact, I will only shop for produce at this Marc's location.
I rarely if ever eat beef and I'm not a big fan of turkey. So I buy the fresh ground chicken breast and use it to make chicken burgers, Italian meatballs, and meatloaf. Turns out delicious every time.
I bought a bag of brown sugar and had it forever. I was able to use it all without it getting hard as a brick. Lately I haven't been able to buy King Arthur's bread flour at this Marc's location because it hasn't been in stock. It's the best flour for making bread, cinnamon rolls, etc.. Stays fresh longer and rises better than other bread flours. Hope they restock it soon.

I eat out every day, so I go to Marc's for orange juice, paper products, pet food, cleaning stuff, laundry stuff, basic grocery stuff. The close out area is interesting, and I give it a look. It is just the right size and I dont have to wander around a giant store. Between Marc's and whole foods, I'm good .

My favorite marks is the one in the Fairlawn Plaza so clean. people are always say hello to me, they always have supplies out to wipe off the carts or anything else that you need. It's one of the few places that I can find troyer's trail bologna sometimes you have to ask for it. if they keep it in the back. also, they ask if you want your medicine delivered if you can't pick them up. They keep postage stamps at the check out so you don't have to go to the office and stand in line

I love this marcs even though it looks ugly from the outside. They have awesome closeout stuff they get from wholesale I think. And good prices on a lot of food.

Great selection and cheaper than the rest in the area. Love aisle 1... it's like a flea market with all kind of odd and useful stuff.

I was able to get the grocery items and cookware that I needed. Marc's is a Cleveland original and is like a Big Lots on steroids, since they have a huge water selection, beer, a delicatessen and a grocery store with a lot of inexpensive and local variety items. I really like this store versus the big box stores. Years ago, I remember Marc's and another competing store called Bernie Schulman's. After a tragedy and a potential collapse, I think that Marc's acquired the Bernie Schulman's stores.

I like this store, it's close to home, they usjally have what I'm looking for and the employees arw very nice. Thanks for great customer service.

Interesting grocery store. One section is kinda like a flea market. I usually find something interesting in aisle 1.

ImI a Marc's girl for sure. The selection and prices are great. One stop shop on a budget.

Most items are one third the price of Giant Eagle . Great quality fresh food .

One of my fav grocery stores. Orderly store, quality stuff. There's usually a little wait for check out.
