Cinemark Cuyahoga Falls and XD

I cannot say enough nice things about this theater and it’s fantastic management and employees. We have been going here at least since 2020, and it is my favorite theater in the area. It is always clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Their XD theater is fantastic. If you are looking for a movie theater in the Cuyahoga Falls/Akron area, definitely check this theater out!!

We went to watch the 11:00 matinee of The Chosen.
It was not well attended, which was sad.
The one thing I would say is to definitely bring a jacket.
The longer you sit there, the chillier the theater becomes.
It was clean. No complaints.

We attended as a group of 10 on an early Saturday morning. Kudos to the concession stand alone for dealing with our order with grace and speed along with a better way to carry the mountain of snacks ready to be consumed! The theater is well maintained and seats are comfortable. We didn't have recliners, but decent roomy seats that allowed a great experience. The sound system was good and very few attendees in the theater with us. It's a great place to enjoy a show in comfort.

For sure my go to theater it's always clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is sometimes the seats are broken and don't want to sit as comfortably.

First time I've been to this location. It is a fold up then the Canton Cinemark XD location, Opportunity knocking when I received an email last week which setup to finally see TOP GUN MAVERICK, long awaited sequel to the first one. I purchased my ticket, food and drink online. I picked up the ticket at the Box Office and skipped the line for my food and drink at guest service cart ready for me and went to the line then theater one and seat N1. I enjoyed the movie very much. *10/21/2022* Went to see Black Adam I will say I enjoyed it very much and won't give out any more details. You'll have to see it for self to really appreciate the movie. One of the great benefits of having the Cinemark App I can buy my ticket and food ahead of time so it will be ready when I arrive at the Theater.

Always a pleasure. Love the environment in the lobby. Best comfortable seated movie in town and around for 20 plus miles. Thanks for a safe clean and delectable concession stand every lovely movie 🎥 🥤🍿🎉🎊

Comfy seats and all the new theater amenities. All the screens and theaters are top of the line. Very clean facility and bathrooms. The concessions have all your favorite movie theater snacks. Highly recommend joining the Cinemark Movie Club (Rewards Program). It is well worth it for anyone who goes to movies throughout the year.

Cinemark is my favorite movie theater. The associates are outstanding. The theater is always clean. I love ordering my ticket in advance and snacks while sitting in the movie room.

Nice theater! Happened to luck out by going to a movie here on the first day they reinstated the free popcorn tub refill offer! Staff was very friendly. Is worth the drive for the savings and service.

Why go to an old smelly theatre when you live near this Cinemark? I’ve never had a bad experience with ticketing, other guests, seating, food, bathrooms or service here. The award for best theatre goes to… Cinemark at Portage Crossings!

I enjoy Cinemark Theaters. Many have stadium seating or upgraded recling lounge chairs. Sound quality is usually very good, too. Check them out.

Really clean and comfortable. The staff had masks and where polite when we checked in. We bought our tickets online so our seats where already picked. Normally you would select them on a screen at the ticket desk. There weren't many people in our theater so we didn't really see the social distancing but they had rules in place.

Love this theater. Very clean. Theater has floor lighting that is perfect for navigating in the dark.

Please Start bringing Hindi move , we have more India and Nepali population here in Cuyahoga Falls as well as in Akron, Tallmadge who can watch Bollywood movies.

Great place to catch a movie. Very clean, staff friendly, concession stand moves fast! Bathrooms are always clean and parking is close. Bring a jacket though, it does get chilly 🥶

We've been here before and, was remembering the last experience was just as great as this one!! A little farther to drive, but, totally worth it, and, lots to do around the area to boot!!

Does movie theaters good, not trying to be too fancy. Plus a liquid butter station…enough said..

My favorite theater to visit. Seen so many movies with my son there. Grateful to have this place in town. The popcorn is fresh and the theaters are clean.
