I called about exchanging an online item. Jillian was very helpful! She informed me that the item I needed to exchange was in stock and she would put it on hold until I arrived at the location. Once I came to make my exchange, she immediately remembered my name and promptly made the exchange. She was a very sweet and friendly girl.

Love this store. Around the holidays hadn't eye on leather dress for 100.00 went back in last week on sale for 69 off needless to say I own that dress now. Thanks express

The Manager Allison is outstanding! What a nice lady. Went out of her way to help me find just the right thing for my daughter! I will certainly be shopping at Express again and will shop at the Summit Mall store.

Love their clothes but even better, there was an issue w/ using a coupon. The manager easily and w/o argument, resolved it to my advantage.

A good place for people with good and in shape bodies to shop. I can't shop here because I am a fat slob with cankles. But the clothes and staff are top notch.

The staff was SUPER helpful in finding two outfits for weddings. I will be back just for the customer service!
