Hello Bistro

This place is located inside the mall but you can access it from outside the mall. This place does salads and burgers and we went with both. I did a build your own burger and a fiesta salad with tofu instead of chicken. Great burger and the tofu was cooked well!

The atmosphere is pretty noisy with clanging pans, but clean and nicely designed. The service is good. We got the Thai peanut salad. We loved that the ingredients and dressing were so thoroughly mixed. What was a bit unexpected though was that the dressing was a soy sauce dressing and not a Thai peanut dressing. It had some bite to it while I was expecting more of a sweet peanut sauce like a pad Thai noodle sauce taste rather than an Asian salad dressing taste.

We were in the mall, so having an excellent time there is something that's hard to come by. But the workers were friendly and great, the food was delicious, I had a burger and their burger was better then 5Guys burgers by a long shot. They had a clean, tidy eating area. This place gets 5/5. I would give it more if allowed to. Thank you so much for a great experience. Can't wait to go there again when we can.

I had the Mean Green Burger and my girlfriend had the Southwest Burger and they were both great. I personally didn't get the HB Secret Sauce, but it wasn't cause it isn't good. I got it on side to try, but I not a big mayo fan, but It was good, but for me it was only good as a try thing. My GF really liked it. She got a side salad with hers, and I got a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup with mine. The soup was amazing. Tasted homemade and full of flavor that was absolutely delicious. The salad was a nice portion for a side salad. My Mean Green Burger was delicious and they weren't shy with the avocado like most places which made me really happy. I highly recommend this place. They even had a private area to dine in their place so we didn't have to sit with all the people in the mall. Give this place a try!

The store was very clean, the service was great and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations and was served quickly and correctly. We could not be happier with our meals. The atmosphere was relaxed. It is our new favorite place to eat. I highly recommend this place.

Great service…..fresh salad choices! Very pleased with everything we got. The citrus dressing was amazing on my build your own salad, which was enough for 2 meals. They only thing I would suggest is getting the dressing on the side. But still 5 star quality

Wonderful staff, atmosphere and food. Very affordable for today's prices. I keep it simple with fries and a salad, but we love the burgers and grilled cheese.

Visited this restaurant tonight for dinner. I ordered a salad made my way. My husband ordered a fresh burger. Both items where amazing!!! The ingredients were so fresh and delicious. The portions are very generous. I had a salad with chicken and bacon. You can get a salad with 2 different meats or double meat but that is extra, but I felt the salad didn’t need it. There are so many salad topping items to choose from that you could go everyday and not have the same salad twice. The fresh cut fries, with the house-made Ranch is AMAZING!
My husband loved his burger, and that it was very flavorful and juicy. We will definitely be back! Also, all the employees were very friendly and helpful, really such a great place!

One of the best fast food burgers I've ever had! The just told me they are closing!! That's so sad! They were very friendly even though they were getting laid off soon😔

I love this place. Fast service , good food and reasonable prices. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be the fries. I think they're limp and greasy. I only wish they would open up a store in Stow so that I don't have to drive so far.

I'm new to the area. A coworker picked Hello Bistro for lunch. I went with the Chicken Fiesta Salad...Wow. I think this is the best salad I've ever had in my entire life. That lime dressing is mind blowing.

When we officially move to Pittsburgh, this is going to be a staple in my take ordering rotation. I like that the website has nutrition information, super helpful for those of us counting macros!

I built my own salad, and they had many options. I can't speak for the burgers or fries, but the salad was great.

Edit: I tried the burgers and fries and the were pretty good too. Also, if you want a signature salad, just know you can only add one item. And if you have peanut allergies, this is not the place for you. The fries are fried in peanut oil, and they have peanuts as a topping I believe (which aren't kept very separate).

Decided to try this out today on my lunch break cause I’m sick of the fast food in the mall and I’m very pleased! They accommodated my request of chicken instead of salmon and gave me aple extra dressing like I asked. Probably the best salad I’ve ever had. You made this pregnant hungry lady very happy!! Will be coming back often!

Got a build your own salad. They have so many choices of toppings. I throughly enjoyed my salad. The burgers and fries are pretty good as well. Definitely coming back. The staff are very nice and helped me build my salad to my liking

When I went there, there it was at around 7:45pm on August 7th and I was having a pretty bad day with my anxiety and just having a bad day in general, but there was this one woman who was at the register, I never got her name, but she was really nice to me and she brightened up my day.

Also, I got a hamburger with fries and it tasted amazing. I will definitely try to come back here again!

Decided to try this new restaurant since they just opened. I ordered a burger and my girlfriend ordered a customized salad. Both were amazing! Definitely what this mall needed! I'll be a frequent customer that's for sure!

I think it was a fast and healthy option to take! I loved their apple salad, very refreshing and tasty. I will definitely go back !

Had a beyond burger with fresh cut fries and a cherry soda and I was really pleased. 14$ is reasonable for actually knowing what I’m eating with vegetarian options. Next time I’m going to try a salad and a soup!

Love the build your own salad, great for vegetarians. Personally didn't love the grilled cheese much.

Food always good. I had the avacado burger. They were very friendly and even after my daughter spilled milk all over the floor they took care of it immediately
