Medina Buick & GMC

Started out searching online for a fair price for my trade in and the lowest cost out the door for a new GMC. I searched a radius of 150 miles from my home in WVA. I spent about 4 days filling out forms for various dealers to get the best deal. I received an email from Haley (the sales rep) at Medina GMC. She was very helpful and accommodating to a personal issue that I was attending to. I made the 2 hr 15 minute trip to the dealership. One hour later and no later per my request when I walked in, I was satisfied with the deal and agreed to purchase exactly what I wanted. Haley, support staff from Clean Up and Delivery, and her GM went above and beyond to accommodate me. Should I need another car or know anyone in the market to buy, I whole heartedly recommend the Medina GMC team and most importantly Haley.

My daughter leased an Acadia from you a few years back and her experience was very good so as we were in need of a new vehicle and after making an appointment with Charlie we decided to stop by on Monday August 23. We were early and very surprised to see how busy you were. We met with Charlie and he was already working with another client but after telling him our situation he showed us a Terrain and let us test drive it. We told him we were there for the lease special because our 2017 Equinox had been damaged from a recent storm and totalled out but because we had not been in a lease for over a year he wasn't able to give us the payment we were expecting. We left and thought about it overnight and stopped back on Tuesday evening to meet with Charlie again. The Terrain we had looked at was still there so we agreed on a payment and started the deal. Charlie went to have the car detailed and found out that it had been sold. We thought we were done but with his manager's approval Charlie worked out a way to give us in an upgraded color change that was satisfactory with us for the same payment. Charlie was very professional and friendly and spent the time with us that we haven't been used to with dealing with the car buying experience. He understood our situation and put no pressure on us at all. He explained everything in detail and we actually felt good for a change after leaving the dealership. The finance process went very smooth and didn't feel pressured at all. Overall, it was a great experience!

I am a courier that delivers medicine to senior living homes. My GM vehicle had a cooling issue on the highway and I had it towed to Medina Buick & GMC late on Friday afternoon. Their service team went the extra mile to get the issue resolved and had me back on the road early Saturday. They helped me find a hotel after the ones I had contacted were booked for the weekend. The Tech that worked on my vehicle was excellent and explained everything about the repair to me. They even found an AC phone charger for me to borrow overnight. Five stars for sure. I highly recommend these folks for supper service.

Salesman did an excellent job and was well informed. I feel we got a fair price for a good vehicle. The salesman explained features on the new car and followed up to make sure we were comfortable with it. He also offered to do it again in the future if we needed it. I would surely recommend the salesman and Medina Auto Mall to my friends.

I came in to buy out the lease on my current vehicle, leased through Medina Auto Mall, and Julio was the salesman I was so lucky to get. He is so down to earth, personable and made me feel right at home. He ran the numbers for my purchase, but knew I was also willing to look at a new lease if it was in the payment range I was looking for. He didn't know what that magic number was, but her did his thing. Brought around a beautiful 2022 Terrain with some awesome bells and whistles. We took it for a test drive and I was out the door less than an hour later. The finance manager was also pretty amazing. My appointment was at 11, and I was on the road by 130. Was an absolutely amazing experience. Julio is a keeper. Give that man a raise!

After a botched service appointment last Thursday where my husband and I both drove to Medina from Solon and were told we did not have an appointment, I was contacted by a manager and given a valet service appointment for Tuesday - my car was picked up at 8:15 and returned at 1:30 - all items that we asked to be checked were taken care of and service manager contacted me with explanations. I was very pleased and impressed with this service. Thank you for your help.

We discovered a strip of sandy glue stuff on my rear fender on my SUV. It was an insurance claim. I was very happy with the results. It was perfect. An added surprise...my SUV was detailed....smelled brand new. Look beautiful. Complete with shinny wheels. Asked to also have an oil change and tire rotation and got it. Always pleased with my service. Thank you.

I walked into this dealership after one call. When I arrived they remembered who I was, what I wanted to buy and gave me the exact number I wanted. No haggle no trying to upsell me nothing they had the car I wanted at the price. I had been to 5 dealerships previously and no one did this. Julio was so amazing he let me pick my radio station (no one did that) and let me test drive my amazing suv. The finance person Roger was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. If you have any doubts don’t worry it took less than 2 hours for a test drive to get approved and buy. They even cleaned the car and filled it up with gas. I will be referring everyone I know to them.

I stepped out of my comfort zone when I came out to Medina Auto Mall. I've been dealing with the same small town dealership for over 12 years and been happy. I have owned several GMC vehicles over the years and when it came to trading in my Terrain it was hard because of sentimental reasons. Pat came across understanding and put me at ease. Of course I met his brother Tim and then Roger in Finance. They were all very easy to talk with and when it came to the price Pat came in at exactly what I wanted to pay. The Dealership has a lot of warm and fuzzy people working for them. I like warm and fuzzy. Thank you Pat, Tim and Roger. It was a pleasurable experience. I'll be stopping in to say Hi!

Everyone that we talked to at Medina Auto Mall was very nice. Haley was very responsive. She knew that I was anxious to get a car as soon as possible and got me in my new Terrain the day I called. Thank you!! Roger was amazing too! He offered was quick and even offered to (when the time came for service) to come and get my Terrain, since we live in the same area. Amazing staff!!

I had my Truck in for the body shop to get a fender replaced. The paint job looked great, just like new. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned the inside of the truck also. It was finished in a week. What more could I ask for?

Mike Homolak was outstanding! A+++ for his customer service, friendliness, kindness and being super understanding. I have a brand new leased vehicle and was experiencing brake issues. This was very concerning for me and I was very upset about this. Mike told me not to worry, he would handle it and he would make things right. And he sure did!! The brake problem has been solved and I am a very happy customer! Mike has definitely gained my trust and I will be sure to see him again when my vehicle needs serviced. It was a good experience. Of course, I was nervous but the salesman, Ian calmed my nerves. Asked me questions about what I was looking for. We talked about what I needed in my choice. Asked how much I drove. He didn't make me feel like an "older" buyer. The manager Pete was also very kind and wanting to make the experience comfortable. The finance gentlemen and his trainee asked the right questions also.

We worked with Adam directly and he was beyond accommodating and very helpful. Not only him, but the entire staff was excellent. We worked with this dealership on a recommendation (we live in CT) and I'm glad we did. We got majority of the pre sale stuff out of the way via email and phone, and when we drove out there the transaction was seamless. There were zero hiccups and I have to say, I was very impressed. Full discloser, I can't stand working with car dealerships. I have never liked the way I was treated at them (and I've been to a few for vehicles) and always felt like a number or just another sale. This place broke the mold. I can't say enough good things about Adam and the entire staff. There is no question in my mind, I will be going back for our next vehicle and have zero problem making the eight hour trip. It's well worth it!
