If you’re looking for friendly & high-quality service, Van’s is your place! I recently had an issue with my check engine light (also a Saturday) and Jeff at the store did everything he could to help me. Even while being busy, someone took the time to look at my vehicle and gave me advice about what to do. They even offered me a loaner car to get where I was going in the meantime while they figured things out. Very professional, friendly service & wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

This facility is amazing! I’m good friends with the store manager Brandon and I only trust him and his team here at Vans to work on my car! I took my car there and waited in the lobby and had some good fun conversations then ended in lots of laughter! They are a good group of guys and I recommend Vans 100%!!

Very good service! We had a vehicle situation that rendered our car unsafe to drive. They did an amazing job to fix it up and get us back on the road the very same day! Excellent customer service! Everything was explained well and we will certainly use them again in the future!

My tire blew out miles away from home on my way to work today. I stopped in Van’s and immediately they were taking great care of me. The tire I needed wasn’t on site but that wasn’t a problem for them at all. They drove to their warehouse and had my exact tire in stock. I was up and running within less than an hour. They have excellent customer service and gave me the piece of mind I needed. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend going with Van’s for your tire and auto service needs. Thank you guys so much.

Stopped in as a walk-in, on my way to work, with a nail in my tire. They got everything fixed quickly and affordable. I hadn’t been there since Vans bought the place, but they were very friendly, great service and I’ll return with any other issues.

Vans is always polite and provides excellent customer service. They will make you aware of every issue but only really push what is necessary for your vehicle. I appreciate having a shop I can trust.

My car developed a serious oil leak, I took it to Van’s on Rt 18 in Medina about 3:45 . They got my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem completely and had it repaired before closing time! I’ve been a long time customer there and they’ve definitely earned my trust.

This review is for the vans store on Canton Road in Elliot. My service associate was Marcus.
When I called to price tires, Marcus was extremely helpful and very informative. He was more than willing to take all of my questions and answer them. I got the new tires today. I’m very pleased with them. The wait time did not exceed the time that Marcus quoted me. All around, it was a great experience to do business with the vans store on Canton Road in Akron.

I did not have an appointment for service. I was traveling out of town alone for work. Accidentally hit something in the road and lost my driver side tires. I called Vans and they took care of me. I was back on the road in a couple of hours! Truly appreciate the excellent service. The interaction with several employees was awesome! I would highly recommend Vans!!

They explained everything clearly. Mechanic was able to repair the engine drain pan instead of having to replace it. Overall positive and enviting atmosphere. Definitely recommend :]

I recently relocated to Medina and received a welcome mailer from Van's, offering a free oil change with tire rotation and vehicle inspection, so I took them up on the offer and promptly scheduled. Their service is great, friendly and professional staff, I will definitely schedule future needed auto services with them.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Not only was Van’s fast and professional, they go the extra mile. When my teenage daughter slid on ice in her car, they immediately got us in, called us with an update, and gave us options. Since she is paying for the tires and repairs herself, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure she understood the scope of the work and took the time to make sure she was able to receive any incentives available to make the price reasonable. Who does that anymore?! Van’s does! They are honest, hard-working, and respect all customers. They made my daughter and I not only feel welcome as women at the shop, but respected and valued. Hats off to this business - we will only be being our cars here from now on!

Vans was really awesome in helping me get set up with some new tires. We scheduled an appointment, then they allowed me to adjust it by a few days to take advantage of a manufacture rebate to save me some extra money. I was so happy I decided to get tires for a second vehicle as well!

Last minute flat tire as I was headed to work. My brand of tire usually needs to be purchased at dealership but they were able to order the luxury car tire have it same day and came to my place of employment to accommodate my needs! Completely selfless with meeting my chaotic schedule needs, kind, and not impatient on the phone. Definitely felt customer service experience was their priority. 5star + recommendation for Jeff and his team!
