Goodwill Industries

Probably the coolest looking Goodwill I've ever been in. And probably the best organized as well. Made a quick stop in while headed to Cleveland. Actually scored me an almost brand new pair of Under Armour sneakers and a style that's me for only $6. This might be a new stop every time while headed north.

Clean and liked how organized. Friendly and courteous staff. This sits on a hill by the main route into Medina from Rt. 71. Entrance goes uphill close to a traffic light. All prices are clearly seen. The shopping carts roll easy in use. Cash or charge cards are accepted. Handicap ♿ parking and entrance. Clean restroom and all is on level ground. They have bags for your purchases.

Lots of different stuff. Pretty cool building. Not much electrical stuff. Will be back when in area.

I found great deals, Store Manager was very helpful, she assisted with a smooth check out and provided helpful information on rewards card. The store was organized also. I look forward to shopping again. Thanks for a great experience!

Note: If you have breakables, or anything that needs to be handled gently, you need to mention it to them. Otherwise they toss it in a big bin. So if you're bringing jewelry or a breakables, wrap them up and put them in a box and tape it closed and mark it.
People need to understand that the staff helping to unload are probably not paid a lot more than minimum wage.
So if you should encounter someone who's not thrilled to work outside in 30 degree weather and take your bags of used items off your hands, be a bit more patient. A smile goes a long way (you.... you should smile first).
I drop my used items off here instead of Salvation Army in Fairlawn, because the staff are much better here.

From the standpoints of a former employee as well as well as a frequent customer this Goodwill is beyond amazing. I loved working there, my managers and fellow employees were extremely friendly and ready to help if needed, and they provided an amazing atmosphere to all.

Shopping there is enjoyable as well! It can get busy, as demand is rather high, but the way the store is sorted, finding what you're looking for is extremely easy. If you're someone who likes finding great deals on used, (and sometimes even unused) items, Goodwill is the place to go!

Are there ways this store could be improved? Everything can almost always be improved, and I'd suggest doing so if/when ways can be found. But do I have any complaints? Not at the moment!

I had the pleasure of having Jolie as my cashier yesterday. She was very knowledgeable on prices and how things worked. Best of all, she didn't feel the need to talk non stop like some. Although I wouldn't have minded! She was funny and personable! Kudos, Jolie! Thank you for opening your register and saving me!

a nice clean Goodwill with lots of clothes selection for men, women and children. lots of games , electronics and kitchen stuff too.

Found what I was looking for easily and fast. Helpful staff. Was asked if I found everything okay. No public restroom. Clean store. Great selection of everything you can think of that a thrift store would have.

I love Goodwill in general. I know there's a lot of hate, but they provide somewhere to take items that are cast off, and keeps them out of landfill. So what if they make $$ of it? It's called capitalism. I'm happy that I can pretty much take anything there.

This is a great Goodwill. I always seem to find something good in barely used condition. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They work quickly to get products on the shelf.

Give a nice Sr. rate and also a coupon every time you drop
things off to give away..which you can then use inside for
another discount.
I have found countless deals here over the years.
Bring my out of state friends in and they all rave about this
particular Goodwill Store.

Love the color of the day specials. Currently loosing weight and it's nice to be able to purchase clothes reasonably priced. Ben checked me out and enrolled me in the Goodwill Club!!!

Always stop here for bargains and to help out Goodwill with a sale. Discounts cards are given for donations and percents off given to those with EBT cards (if you need to.) Either way everyone wins here.

They get interesting things in every day!! I drop by often. I enjoy my experience each visit even when I purchase nothing.

Best Goodwill I've ever been to. The place is really kitchy and clean, the items are well organized. I can always find a great bargain on a great item here.

This is a big store in Medina, also the cashier's are very pleasent people here if tou want great prices and a lot to choose from this is the place
