Blue Heron Brewery & Event Center

We used The Blue Heron event center for our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding venue. The event managers are
AMAZING, our guests absolutely raved about the food, and they take all the pressure out of the day.
We dropped off our decorations the day before, they set them up for us, tore down after the event, and packed everything up for us! It was seriously so perfect and our guests were blown away.

My son and daughter in law's wedding and reception were held at Blue Heron on 10/21/2023. It was beautiful! The event staff helped with every detail and made sure the day went off without a hitch. We are so thankful to all of them for giving us all a day we'll never forget! A beautiful venue inside and out, it was a perfect wedding day celebration!

Hard to get into this popular place unless you want to sit at the bar, or get a reservation ahead of time, but the Blue Heron does not disappoint when it comes to a variety of craft beers and tasty bites. The menu is a tad limited, but I have been here about three times and have never had anything that I could say did not taste delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

It's really hard to say just how much the Blue Heron exceeded any and all expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful, kind hostess. Taken to our table, we met LEXI. Charming, warm, and friendly would best describe her. Drinks were ordered, and the beer was cold and tasty. The Pretzel appetizer was delicious.It came with cinnamon butter and queso. I had the all you can eat wings. They were meaty and large, cooked to perfection. My wife got the burger and chips. Big and cooked perfectly. Lexi kept the drinks coming. A surprise came in the way of a birthday dessert for my wife. Really really good. The whole experience was awesome, but LEXI made it that much better.Thank you Blue Heron, you made my wife's birthday wonderful.

I photographed a wedding here at the beginning of August, it was my first time attending this venue and wow it is absolutely beautiful. From the outdoor ceremony site, the beautiful grand room for your reception, a bridal suite, and the perfect entry room/patio for cocktail hour, the Blue Heron is a perfect spot for your special day.

I love Blue Heron! There are many kinds of beer here for all different types of tastes! The food is always good! I particularly like the salads they serve! The staff is always friendly and efficient! Laura is the manager and is always very sweet! The patio is fantastic and in the winter they have igloos! Relaxing type of place!

We frequent Blue Heron because it’s close to home, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the outdoor scenery is gorgeous! We tried the short rib quesadilla as an appetizer last night. Delicious! Really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend reservations as it does get busy.

Love this hidden gem. tucked away in a neighborhood the atmosphere is cozy and fun. Great micro brew selection.

We celebrated a late Christmas party with friends in the igloos outback and had such a fun time. The igloos are heated and have comfortable patio furniture. The servers stopped by periodically to take drink and food orders. Everything was delicious and huge portions. I'm very excited to come back. Really fun experience.

So happy the crab legs are back!!! The hush puppies were delicious!!! Nothing better than hot butter on the many many clusters of perfectly cooked crab legs!! The salad was the perfect size for the amount of crab legs I devoured. Oh, and did I mention the amazing beer, prickly pear, that complimented the meal. And don’t forget to order the very tasty cakeballs for dessert. The sunset was beyond beautiful tonight. Thank you Blue Heron.

This is a fun place with good food and incredible staff! If you like pork chops, order these! My husband has had them several times and each time they have been perfect. I am a fan of their Reuben sandwich!

My second visit. They have quickly made their way up on my top 10 list! Great food, servers and views. Sitting on the patio, felt a little bit like I was on vacation. Mushroom Ravioli with Amaretto cream sauce...to die for!!!

1st time here…ordered the Montville Mountain shareable and BBQ wings. Delicious! The mountain was so good, pulled pork on a mountain of fries topped with guacamole. Too much food to finish! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding here and let me just say that Francesca and Bethany were amazing! In fact, all of the staff were phenomenal and just outstanding. The venue was beautiful and communication was excellent, I was always given a quick response and they were super accommodating, even for a last minute meal change! I’m so glad to have had my wedding here and my guests are still raving about how great the food was! I also am grateful for the wait staff, including the man who made sure to wait patiently to offer me an appetizer while I was conversing with a family member. The lengths they went were amazing and I appreciated every one of the team members for making our day so wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food is amazing, service is great, and the views are to die for. It also has a gorgeous walking trail that connects to our neighborhood!

The staff is top notch. They are very professional and detail oriented. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. Special shout out to Francesca and Bethany. You are both awesome. If you’re looking for a first class event center look no further.

Love Blue Heron Brewery and Event Center! Whether it's dining in the summer, being outside with kids playing on the playground or winter time dinner in the snow globes, always a great experience. One of the best brunches around! Food options are incredible, drinks and brewery do a great job!

Great food, well curated beer list, and fast service! I can't wait until they have their own beers on draft! Industrial, brewery atmosphere. Several families were there and fit in well. The view should be great when Ohio's spring arrives!

We visited Sat 9/4/21So good! Wings and gyro very good! Beautiful view. Watched pics being taken for a wedding party. Alexa our server was awesome. We brought our dog and Alexa brought her water. The live music was fabulous (although a bit loud!)
