The staff at Elegant Essentials treats everyone like family. They’re very knowledgeable about all of the products they offer and also surprisingly creative to make each customer as comfortable as possible. In addition to offering medical equipment for women post-mastectomy, lumpectomy, etc. and others going through breast cancer treatment, they also offer lots of other super cute merchandise (which is why I’ve loved accompanying family to their fittings)!

Elegant Essentials is caring and sensitive to my breast needs. Helping me to look and feel normal after breast cancer surgery. They made it so easy, from the fitting to filing my insurance. I would highly recommend.

Shelli and her staff are amazing at fitting you for your shape and needs. The ladies took great care of me after a double lumpectomy and made me feel comfortable and comforted during my visit to Elegant Essentials.

We had a wonderful experience. Lauren took very good care of a family member as she was measured for her bra. This business specializes in people who have had a mastectomy. She was treated with respect, kindness, patience and empathy. Also my family member was able to find Cancer Warrior type necklaces, earrings etc.

I went into their store for the first time today. I was so Blessed to work with Lauren. She was amazing. Lots of new things happening in my life. And she was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole thing.

What a wonderful place Shellie Graf’s Elegant Essentials is! There’s so many products for breast cancer patients from breast forms to bras, headwear and beautiful fashions. The ENTIRE staff was very welcoming! The atmosphere was very comfortable. I went with my mom for support and neither of us knew what to expect. Needless to say Lauren made the process for my mommy so smooth. She took her time explained everything answered all one thousand questions my mom had. Megan was very helpful as well. 5 stars to the whole staff.

I have used Elegant Essentials since my really bad experience at another store on the east side five years ago and have been thrilled with their caring and wonderful service. They understand the trauma associated with needing their services and they are compassionate and professional in their attention . The remodeled store is fantastic that was done during the shutdown for COVID. The owner, Shelley, and her daughter, Megan, are the best. After five years, I finally got a prosthesis custom made. It was expensive and Medicare paid only about 1/5, but I love it and don't have to constantly adjust and use caution in what I wear. It is also much lighter and is at last a match. Thank you for your store and for your wonderful personalities.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is very helpful, polite, and discreet. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, which isn't always easy for women in our situations. I highly recommend them!

The service is excellent there. The products are reasonable prices and good quality. To tell the truth I can't wait to go back and get me some more merchandise. They are so nice and professional I'm glad they were recommended to me the bras excellent when you go you will not be disappointed it's a way out from Akron but is well worth the trip
