My husband loves this UPS Store for all his shipping needs.

The front desk person was a great help on what all I need to do to ship out the return item I had.

What an amazing group . I just got done shipping a package to my son in Japan. They were extremely helpful and found solutions to save money. I would recommend this place for your shipping needs. I was extremely satisfied. Thank you!

I took a package in 10 days before Christmas. To be delivered to the other side of the country. Two days later, it was delivered. Crazy, wonderful service. Two young people working behind the counter were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They knew what they were doing and got me back out to my car in quick order. Great service. Thank you!

Love The UPS Store on Medina Road! We have rented a mail box from them for years. Great customer service and friendly people. They take packages, mail and UPS things, and interface with my clients to give or receive packages for me. It is a wonderful "office" experience.

Horrible service quote one price then come back with more than a 30 percent increase Obviously they don't know their business on how to estimate correctly or at least closer than 30 percent Thanks goodness these guys aren't Heart surgeons , know your business people good luck

I wish I could give no stars. I shipped a package from here and it got lost in transit. I called the store four times for help in locating the package and I have never received a phone call back. I went into the store to try to get help from the owner but he instructed his employee not to give out his contact information.

Overcharging people way more then other stores. Ask around and you will see that it’s a ripoff. Each UPS store dictates their pricing. Franchise owners can be crazy so you’ll find that if you goto any of these owned by them. Goto a store that’s fair and reasonable.

Very slow service. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to do an Amazon return, which takes literally 10 seconds. I stood and waited for 20 minutes behind a woman mailing 100 things for eBay and there was only one employee behind the counter. Ridiculous. Go to the one in downtown Medina if you can.
