I think Vans is wonderful. As a single woman of a certain age, I don't want to check my oil ot tire pressure. Vans is always happy to do these little extra things for me, top fluids off, add air, and never charge me. The staff there is always friendly and very helpful.

Everyone at Van’s Tire Pros of Wadsworth is great at what they do. I ordered a set of tires and they were very accommodating for my schedule. They performed an inspection and were very honest about what was not needed and what scheduled maintenance was recommended. They were very transparent about the recommended maintenance and pricing. All the work was completed professionally and my vehicle was ready much earlier than I had expected. Aside from the new tires and fluids, I found my vehicle exactly as it was when I dropped it off; no dirty finger prints or footprints anywhere like I’ve seen from other shops. Their work is top-notch, they’re trustworthy, they’re priced competitively, and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been a customer of Vans Auto for many years. I am always treated with respect and professionalism. I appreciate the reports I receive along with pictures when I need extra service outside of my regular oil changes. I do not feel pressured to pay for extra services and I always feel the underwriters are honest about what my car needs and doesn’t need. Work is completed as promised and on time. From the first call and interaction with Chuck, who went above and beyond to locate my tires, to the installation. It was a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing new tires. My wheels were taken care of properly and they even took care of my TPMS that was on the fritz on a Friday right before they closed. I’m extremely happy!

Recently bought new tires through Discount Tire, who unfortunately isn't doing alignments yet.

I had some uneven wear on the other set of tires, so felt I needed to get it checked out. I was skeptical about places like Firestone. Heard some not so great things.

I found Van's through Google. Talked to Adam, who was very friendly and helpful, and got my appointment set up. After getting the car in, they showed me my alignment was a bit out of spec, and took care of it for me.

Customer experience is everything when it comes to vehicle servicing. Not only was the price very competitive with today's rates, but I felt they were very helpful as a shop. Definitely recommend them!

What I like about Van’s is they not only offer quality work, they really look out for their customers. They are very understanding and kind. They’ll even remind you to use your coupons to save even more. Why go anywhere else!

Got a same day appointment and was able to wait with my car. Problem with tires fixed under warranty -- no charge. Thorough inspection of car with suggestions for additional services. Very pleased with my experience.

Thanks for the great service. I called in the morning when I noticed that I had a grinding noise coming from the front of my car. I talked with Chris and he said to bring it in right away as they time to look at it. I needed front brakes and they fixed it right away. Thanks again for the great service and quick turnaround.

I’d scheduled my oil change around a payday, and there was a hiccup with my payday. Bad start to the day and between these two- they turned the day around! They worked with scheduling and financial issues… and put a smile on my face. Never any pressure to get anything done on my car that I’m not prepared for.

Excellent friendly trustworthy professional service has been the case for the last 20 years. Vans has not let me down once. I have had situations that needed special alignment treatment (lowered suspension wouldn't fit on most racks) handled by their other shop on 18. I had a difficult oil leak diagnosis issues, they fixed it quickly (when many other shops couldn't) even came in well under estimated repair cost (due to their honesty and professional integrity). Great Tech's and great management. Keep up the good work, It is appreciated.

Dave took excellent care of me. They were very busy but they fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. They kept me posted on progress. Coffee and cocoa in the waiting room and even a phone charger for customers! Very thoughtful.

Had my tires balanced on a last minute appointment on a Saturday. They got me in faster than expected, and got the tire balance done in less than an hour. Very professional and great service. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I had it in my head that I needed new tires and they got me in the next day. I got a call letting me know that my tires were still in really good shape. I really appreciated their honesty and they will get my future business.

We had a 4 o’clock appt and our tires were replaced and aligned by 530 !! It was a great experience. We would go back. When the appt was made we got a call back that same day to schedule. It was so nice and easy !!

Van’s is our go to tire service center. With last minute tire problems today they were able to accommodate getting my vehicle serviced, provided a loaner vehicle so I didn’t miss any appointments and got me back on the road before close of business! Kudos to Adam Smith, Tim Petruccio, and Dave West!!!

Employees were respectful and helped me out with a simple issue. Did the best they could with the workload they had. They also fixed my wife’s vehicle and did a great job so I would highly recommend!
