Very conveniently located c-store just off of I71 in Medina. Shell gas station outside has adaquate spacing for big vehicles, RVs, horse trailers, etc. Great selection inside (more varieties of Bang energy drink than I knew existed)! Restrooms are modern and clean. COVID-19 screens are in place and there is room in aisles for social distancing!

I don't know what's happening to this gas station here lately but very disappointed sometimes it's open in the morning sometimes it's not sometimes they even close early, used to be open24 hours not any more. The one girl is always rude to the customers.

I went to this not so convenient convenient store this morning and greeted Becky cheerfully only to be ignored. I was forced to wait until she finished stocking a particular shelf. No big deal, I make my purchase and go about my day except on my way out I bought a few scratch off lottery tickets. With time to kill, I scratch them in my truck and accumulate winnings of $110. Not much but enough to warrant another trip inside to cash them in. I greeted Becky once again and to my surprise I was made to wait for her to finish her morning duties, only for her to refuse to honor these winning tickets. Becky needs to get slid for the disrespect...

This business is in absolute shambles and it's awful to see. I usually stop here on my way home from work, and I'm in very regularly, and the employees range between antisocial, rude, entirely unhelpful, and quite a bit concerning. One employee who can usually be found cleaning the parking lot, I can't remember his name, but he does NOT belong in this kind of job. Every single day I come in, he is standing outside, yelling to himself and rocking back and forth he will stand next to my car, arguing with himself and getting visibly angry and it makes me feel EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND UNCOMFORTABLE, and something NEEDS done about it before he hurts somebody, so this is my warning to any possible customers; If you need gas, snacks, cigarettes, or anything in between, DO NOT come to this store. This company does not care one ounce about it's stores or it's employees. Absolute worst experience in any retail business, ever!

Went into this store on July 1st will never come back. Store was hot and very busy. Only one worker who was hyperventilating and looked ready to pass out. While still dealing with a long line of people. When I asked what was going on she stated the air conditioning was down and couldn’t be addressed right away. Very sad.
