07/05/23: the store is normal, unattractive to shoppers. The service was fine and I did have a good experience wandering around

The toy I was looking at was marked 50% off but when I went to pay the sales lady wouldn't honor the price. She was very unfriendly. Just walked to the section took off the sign and said the sale ended. I would not recommend going if an old lady wearing glasses is working. She was terrible and should not be working in customer service. I will not be shopping here again and would advise other customers to shop elsewhere.

There was an older lady with glasses that was cashier and before I could even walk up to her - I saw her rolling her eyes at the previous customers she checked out once they had their back turned. She was very annoyed when I asked her if they could provide me a gift receipt since what I purchased were presents. When I asked if they provided any gift wrapping options for presents she told me to go buy gift wrap at a different store, come back to her and then she would charge me $5 to do it to which the other employee laughed. I would have not moved forward with the transaction but I was short on time. Will not be shopping here in the future
