Baer’s had something for everyone. Chris was very helpful. Actually found the perfect sofa and love seat for us. Delivery was wonderful! The delivery guys were very pleasant, helpful and informative. 5 stars.

Baer's Furniture is a top notch store. Our sales person Marie was a pleasure to work with. She gave us space and kept her distance until we needed questions answered. She gave us good advice on the furniture and warranties that were available. Delivery was well informed and easy. I would definitely recommend this Company.

This store is wonderful, lots of beautiful things at a fair price. The customer service is excellent, Dustin was very professional. I am very satisfied with my new dining room.

The salesperson Margaret was personable and very helpful , I would seek her out for any further purchases I might make at Baers. The delivery went perfectly, I was contacted the day before with time frame, again 30 minutes before the arrival and they were on time, with a smooth delivery by polite, efficient delivery men.

Wow, what a great experience! Our sales person, Jaime was very knowledgeable and suggested a variety of different options for us from sectional sofas to bedding and bar stools for our kitchen island. We found everything we were looking for and Jaime had it delivered to us four days later. Will, our delivery driver and his two guys had us unpacked and less than an hour later, we were moved in. The entire shopping process was a pleasure.

Purchasing experience was very pleasant. Number of selections for us was more than sufficient coordination of availability and subsequent delivery was well coordinated. Delivery of available furniture purchases was outstanding. Technicians worked efficiently and professionally transporting and assembling necessary items.

Love my new Baers bedroom furniture, had a great experience at the store, good service from salesperson Jamie with lots of lovely furniture items to chose from. Decided on a beautiful bedroom set that looks fabulous. The delivery was perfect, the guys were really nice, very respectful and careful. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Even thou the delivery fee was a bit pricey, the good service made it worth it.

Sales person was helpful in selection of furniture and was easy going and also looked out for best deals. Baer's was also great to work with as our home was not ready and they were able to hold the furniture once it arrived until our home was ready. Prices are a bit steep but great prices when they have a sale. The delivery guys were personable, and very good at placing furniture and careful not to damage anything .

We shopped at the Baer’s in Melbourne which is much larger than other Baer’s locations. A beautiful showroom. We were very happy that Jen was our sales rep. She had so much patience taking us throughout the entire store. And, more importantly, her design expertise led us to the most beautiful entertainment console for our home. We are so delighted! I highly recommend Baer’s in Melbourne and, in particular, Jen. The furniture was delivered perfectly and on time.

I can't believe the delivery crew was able to maneuver the large pieces through my tiny doorway that also was on the second floor with only 3 feet of walkway with a balcony overhang directly across. Great crew.

The team of 3 deliverymen could not have been more professional and polite. They delivered our living room set with ease. Even though we did notice an issue with the fabric on the back of the couch, Baer's customer service worked quickly to correct the situation.

Mr. Villa, Tony was helping us to choose the right mattress for our back problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and so patient with us. After couple hours of talking to him, we finally decided purchase the one he recommended. We’re very happy that we listened to his recommendation. The mattress is great. We really loved the service and merchandise we received from Baers. Shopping was a very pleasant experience, especially working with Chris. We fell in love with their products after having visited several other furniture stores. And finally, the delivery and set up team was second to none. They went well out of their way to make sure things were placed, arranged and assembled as needed.

Kay Keller was my sales associate and she did an amazing job assisting me with the selection and purchase of the new furnishings for our home under construction. She was so patient with us and all of our construction delays. The custom made Bernhardt bed is absolutely stunning. Malcom and his delivery team were very professional and really cared about situating all the furnishings exactly where we liked it. This was our first experience with Baers and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fine furnishings and decor!
