I'd like to Thank Jacob in the food court for his outstanding CUSTOMER CARE. I was extremely thirsty and didn't have change to purchase a bottle water from their vending machine. He couldn't open the cash drawer to provide me with change until he had a cash sale. So he gave me a quarter out of his pocket. Very kind and thoughtful. Jacob is a great asset to Sam's. Thank you !

The pharmacy and associated staff at this store are exceptional!! They are always very personable and professional. If they don't know the answer to a question, they look it up and give you an answer right away. It is always a pleasure visiting this pharmacy. Thank you.

Great! I like this Sam’s Club great selection of anything you need but in “Bulk” not a store to go buy a pack of two batteries or one you buy 15 or 20 packs. Great prices and great meat and the best rotisserie chicken there is in town finger licking good!! Not bad tv deal neither specifically during Black Friday deals can’t beat them.

I made a consumer affairs complaint against the third party, but I doubt it will go anywhere.
Nonetheless I appreciate Mr. Andrew helping me when he didn't have to.

Clean and well organized. Friendly staff. Great prices and selection. Valuable club to shop in. Gas is usually less expensive than any place else for miles around.

I cannot remember the associates name, I want to say it was Logan. I had a pickup order for a sectional sofa. I couldn’t not fit everything in one load and had to make a second trip. The associate stayed late to make sure I was able to pickup the rest of my sectional in the second trip. So helpful and very nice.

Had some awesome products.. Prices were excellent and the customer service was fabulous and helpful..

I have to say, once again Sam's impressed me beyond my expectations. I had bought my tires from them and found a screw in my tire. Went in to price a tire and check my warranty. Made and appointment for 2 days later. they had a last minute cancelation. 20 minutes later I was driving away. Very professional staff. Thank you making my Monday awesome!! You guys rock!!

I love this place! So much of everything. Quality store brand merchandise and name brand bulk. Perfect one stop shopping for the holiday season.

I did a curbside pick up of 30 bags of rice and the two kind young girls (Kat and Jennifer) were very kind and worked hard to help me get them into my car. They really helped me out.thank you

Easily accessible from the main rd 192, plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The lot and store were clean and well staffed by friendly employees. Restrooms were available.

They have a Bakery, Produce, Cooked Meals departments as well as Gas, the price for which was about 15 cents cheaper than nearby.

The store was well stocked and I didn't see any empty shelves. They have an APP which is handy especially on the "SCAN & GO" items. They also offer a Branded Credit card which lets you accumulate Sam's Cash.

All in All it deserves a return visit.

This Sams club goes all the way when it comes to customer service and operational stability. The store is well-kept, clean and always stocked perfectly, the cashiers are sweethearts that are very kind, and the employees are always very friendly. Love shopping here. Higher than 5 stars. 😁

Today they changed the 4 tires on my car for 4 new ones in one hour, and they gave me a credit of $83 for each tire since they had a guarantee. The service was excellent by all, especially Robert and the manager of tire & Battery. Much better service than the Sams Club in Lake Nona.

Love this store so much more stuff that bj and cheaper.

You can save between 25 to 40 cents per gallon when you go to the Sam's Club gas station (see signs of $3.15 vs $3.51). Yes, the lines can get long at peak hours on the weekends, but a little wait time is worth it for the savings when you fill up the tank.

Sam's club has some different items that you can't find at Costco, so I enjoy both stores.
