My wife and I went to Ashley furniture because we had gotten a bed from them before. Upon arrival, we met Alex. He was very professional, not pushy, but assisting, and he took care of all of our questions that we had. He certainly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase, we are very pleased and will be back to Ashley to purchase more furniture .

Gregory was amazing to work with. He was incredibly patient with us picking out everything for our new home. He took the time to walk the store, give his expertise and help set up a cart for us! He even came in on his day off to help us finalize everything! Amazing! The manager Mo was also extremely helpful with finalizing the order and creating a friendly no pressure environment.

Alex was super delightful to deal with.. very patient while we made decisions and very knowledgeable about the stores merchandise he helped us thoroughly and very excited to get our delivery this weekend!

My husband and I came in for a couch only, and man were we blown away by the service! Left with living room set, bedroom suit and a new mattress. Rocco was AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you!! We’ll be back and asking for Rocco again.

Eddie Diaz was fantastic! Straight shooter that makes sure you're getting what you need. Got an incredible deal on a counter height table. The chairs alone would've cost more than the whole combination. Also, 5 year plan is only $60 and you get your money back if something happens to the items you purchase. Delivery is $99, which isn't that great. But still, the money we saved overall makes this purchase worth it. Go in, ask for Eddie, you WON'T regret it!

Yes, I had Kirk wait on me and he was very attentive. He didn't wash me. He even waited till my 4 other members of the family came to see if my little grandson wanted which bed he wanted. He's been very good. I really appreciate him. He's a great worker. Thank you.

Omg! Who would have know a night at Ashley Furniture was going to be so fun! We went in really just shopping around for a purple mattress. Had no intention of really purchasing anything specific till me were so warmly greeted by Christopher Plaza and Gary Smith! What. Dynamic team working towards helping us make the most educated decision on on bettering our sleep! We were thinking the Purple mattress was what we wanted. However, after talking with them they helped us understand our sleep needs and we ended up with the Tempur Pedic Luxe Breeze with the Pro Smart. Base! We genuinely loved how they pointed out all the bells and whistles of the bed we chose! I’m so incredibly grateful with the massive diamond I got for Christmas this year, however….. I might be even more excited about the investment we made with our glittering new Tempur Pedic Mattress! Can’t wait to build our home by coming back to Ashley and hanging out with our new friends and help up make the most educated and informed furniture purchases!

Kirk S. was our representative that aided us and he was awesome! Honestly, I was a bit rude when I walked into the store because we had been to multiple furniture stores that had very annoying sales reps. Kirk was kind and let us walk around without trying to chase us and allowed us to come back to him. We actually left that day and took his card. Two weeks later we returned and found him! He showed us a few new items since our last visit and left us to find our cozy home feel. He has a great attitude and a helpful personality. Side note: we would love to see more color selections available in the mid century modern types such as yellows and oranges.

I called the Melbourne, FL store and spoke to Michael Luaders a Trusted Advisor. He was so nice, understanding and patient with me of what I was looking for to buy for my house. That I decided for my family and I to go into the store on the same day as our phone conversation and meet with him directly. He was so friendly and welcoming. He answered all of my questions and since we had such a great experience with Michael we decided to buy our furniture from him. For any future purchases we will definitely go back to Michael and also refer our family and friends to him. The store is neat, clean and well lit. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

Fantastic experience! Kyle dedicated time to ensure I got everything I desired, explaining the current deals and presenting various options. Despite finalizing past closing, the staff remained exceptionally accommodating. Though we encountered financing challenges, Kyle and the store manager exceeded expectations in making me feel valued. While I didn't end up financing, the overall outcome was excellent. I highly recommend this Ashley location for anyone seeking home furniture.

Can’t say enough about the Melbourne location. Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing the right sectional for my needs. He was patient and understanding when I had to make some changes the next day as well. Highly recommend this store as all of the staff I interacted with were great!

We stopped in today at the Melbourne store. We were greeted by Rocco Ferriero. From the moment he introduced himself to us he was by far the most convenient, knowledgeable and personable sales associate we have come across in a long time! We needed to find a love seat however the challenge is our differences in height. Rocco immediately knew just what we needed. Ashley has many collections that offer a adjustable headrest that can be lengthen to fit a taller person. We then mentioned that we were looking for a new mattress too. Again without missing a beat he asked us a couple questions and with our height and weight difference he was able to suggest the perfect option to accommodate us both!!
We had informed Rocco that while his salesmanship were awesome, we unfortunately were only looking for products because we don't live in Florida, we are from Wisconsin and we were not able to get from this store. When we do make our purchase, we will absolutely 💯 percent recommend Rocco for commission and credit of the sale. Thanks so much Rocco for all of your advice and knowledge.

We went into Ashley’s today and bought our entire home. We had the wonderful help of Jada who was super nice, patient, took us through a whole adventure, but was over all super helpful. So, when you come to the store next time ask for her, you will not be disappointed.

POE is amazing, helped me load my chest in my trailer WITHOUT a scratch. Has great taste in music as well, his speaker was playing jams son.

Larry was a phenomenal help and would highly recommend him for your furniture needs at Ashley's. Pleasant & not pushy whatsoever & we made last minute changes which he handled with a smile. Great experience and we were in & out in less than an hour!
