Paradise Falls Car Wash Powder Springs

Came in this morning to wash and quick detail my car myself. I always have a pleasant experience and the wash does a great job with my car. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tyshon, who went out of his way to provide great customer service. While using the vacuum, I accidentally broke a chain that hangs from my mirror. He immediately came out, turned off the vacuum and searched the catch area in the rain. He retrieved my chain even though it was wet and cleaned it. You are doing an awesome job managing! Greatly appreciated!!

Update: why did I ever leave?!?! I drive into Hiram quite often and with all the new car washes popping up I thought I'd try a membership at one of them. I was terribly disappointed, they didn't have near as nice and as much a facility as paradise. So I tried another one. Same thing so I'm back at Paradise with the paradise manager special monthly membership and so happy. I went to wash my car today and was able to completely detail it myself unlike at anywhere else...
This is my favorite car wash place... Rarely do these places have the air compressor and this one does! Tip: use it in all the crevices of your car and the vents and the dash areas before you vacuum and it will pull up a bunch of dust in areas that you can't get to at the vacuum! Also under the seats! This car wash always has strong vacuums that work well, mat cleaner, and towels and sprays so you can essentially detail your own car... Love it!! I do wish they had a better family membership like Mister does. I have 3 cars so having 3 separate memberships isn't ideal... And I think it was a $5/mo discount for an additional membership, which, if you're getting the cheapest membership might make sense but for the $35 a month membership $5 isn't much. I think they should have a tiered version or maybe a percentage off rather than a dollar amount. But we actually bring all the cars here pretty often so I probably should just break down and get them all on the monthly plan 🤣🤣. Oh, and if it matters to you, they do have a covered area to vacuum out your car and stuff as well as uncovered. I like to go on a sunny day and get a little tan while I'm doing it but I know some people prefer to be undercover while they're doing it so they do have both options.

Today, I’m giving five stars to Paja, Josh, Cole and all the associates of this awesome car wash. They were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and polite. I appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned the roof and wheels of my car. I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great place to get your car washed. There are free vacuums and towels to complete your cleaning.

Came in bright and early for emissions and received a wonderful complementary car-wash. Tre was my attendant for emissions which took maybe less than 15 mins and gave me the warmest greeting, offered if I needed anything else as I was cleaning my rustic vehicle. The staff are absolutely professional and easy to communicate through closed windows haha. I actually love this place. Highly recommend.

Good value for a really good car wash. Very impressed with the way it cleaned the wheels and the staff was friendly and did a great job.

The automated wash does a great job cleaning the exterior of your car and puts tire shine on also. They have a strong vacuum system with hoses for vacuuming the interior and trunk spaces and there is also have a machine to clean your floor mats. They provide compressed air so you can clean the air vents, door and trunk jambs, and
engine compartment of leaves and debris! They also provide other products and towels for cleaning the interior of your car and windows. Plus you can buy a monthly unlimited car wash membership. For the most part we keep our cars looking nice and clean!!

Powder Springs Paradise Falls customer service Manager Tyshon is the experience we have missed in great customer service at other business establishments for years now. Professional, reliable, kind & quick to handle any incidentals. His follow through is A+5 star. All employees should be modeled after his great example and every customer will walk away feeling valued. The staff is good and the equipment always works. This is my favorite car wash. I don't go to others.

Car wash is quick and efficient and the vacuum area has excellent functioning vac system, floor mat cleaner, compressed air and cleaning fluids with rags.

So very glad that this location has opened!!! They used to have one on Dallas Highway and I was a member there. As soon as Mister took over, I removed my membership and stopped going there. Mister cannot hold a candle to Paradise... This location is clean and provides cloths, window cleaner, tire shine, air freshener and my favorite feature, air hoses to blow off excess water. The staff is are some of the same ones that were over on Dallas Highway and it’s good to see familiar faces. The overall job the wash delivers is very good, I highly recommend this location!!!

This car wash has vacuums, handheld pressurized air units , and interior cleaning spray/ towels all available free after you go through the car wash. $7 For the basic carwash. I don't know of any other car wash around Cobb County that offers this much.

Paradise car wash has been a great addition to the Powder Springs community. So far, great customer service coupled with reasonable prices make for a memorable experience. We (wife and I) don't take it for granted that drying towels,glass cleaners, and air fresheners are available to used by customers. I pray they have sustained sucess

This organization is among the best of the multitude of car wash operations within a five (5) mile radius of downtown Powder Springs.

My tires and car are clean for$12! The air gun is a plus for the interior. Staff was friendly.

Very nice Car Wash! I purchased the unlimited option for $20.00 per month and it has a system that reads your license plate and opens the gates for you without having to touch anything. The place is clean and you get vacuums, air freshener, glass cleaner and towels to dry your car. I wish they had a cheaper version, as I pay $15 per month at another car wash for my other car, but in general it gets a 5-star!

Love coming here to wash my car. They provide glass cleaner, new car or strawberry scent spray, and cloths to dry your vehicle. I have the monthly plan so I can go whenever and however many times I would like.

Visited today for the first time and liked it a lot. The $20 wash got my car cleaner than other places I've been over the past few years. I also appreciated the interior clean sprays and rags they offer. The "new car" spray spiffed up my leather interior pretty well. Another nice service offered is the self-serve, floor mat cleaner.

The only negative is that I found it cumbersome navigating how to get to the pay station. However, I plan to visit again in the future.

First time at this location. Average general wash $7. It was clean, vacuum has really good suction & clean facility.
