About a year ago the pharmacy was an awful experience. You never could get anybody to answer the phone. I have mobility issues and since they were the only pharmacy with a drive through in the area I forced to use them. I would have to call the store itself and speak with the store manager and leave a message with them to have someone from the pharmacy to call me back. When you're in a lot of pain, this can be a miserable experience.

Well. I'm not sure what happened but everything has changed for the better. Now, when I call the pharmacy, it's as though I am calling an entirely different business. I always get somebody to answer the phone right away. They are always very pleasant and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Gone are the hour long waits at the drive through. Many times, when I have a question for the pharmacist, I get them on the phone right away and they seem to care. I could go on and on but I think I have made things clear. I am so relieved. I am temporarily in bad health but Powfer Springs pharmacy has made my life so much easier. Thank you!!!

Manager Bill really helped me out this morning. Im new to this area and started using this store recently. Each store visit has been great. Thanks!

Today was a wildly busy day for the pharmacy. They were so clearly slammed—as in 4-hour-wait-times slammed.

But when I came in today with prescriptions to fill after having surgery, they saw how miserable I was and put a rush on my medication. It was maybe 15 minutes before it was ready; I’m really, really grateful for their compassion and kindness on a day that I really needed it.

10/10 pharmacy experience!

Excellent staff and very prompt with filling my prescriptions every time. They always remind me that I can use my rewards that I have built up over time at checkout, saving me all kinds of money. Now that's something that I can appreciate. Who doesn't enjoy saving money?

Great pharmacy staff today. Got our booster shots after making an appointment online and completed vaccine authorization before arriving. Everyone was quick and courteous. Stay safe!

Girl at the pharmacy drive thru is always so sweet and helpful. You can tell she likes her job because every time I've been, shes always so positive and willing to help. No attitude, no mad face. Just always smiles!

Walgreens prices be more than the other convenient stores 🙄 but I do respect the quality of their merchandise. I think there makeup is best to buy here as well as the pharmacy for your prescription medicine.

Wanted to let the Manager know that Marcus , in Photo lab, had out standing customer service! He took his time w me and helped me w a graduation book for my daughter. Great asset to the Walgreens Team :)
