The UPS Store

I don't quite understand the rating for this UPS store. I have been to a lot in another state as well. I can honestly say this one is the best. They greet you as you walk in. They SEE you if there is a line. They help, answer questions and provide as much information as possible. They are courteous and friendly. Keep up the excellent work. So good to see this. Many business should adopt this

This is the BEST UPS store I have ever been to. They always greet their customers with a smile and are so helpful. Whoever manages this location is doing something right and should be proud of their employees! Excellent customer service!

The young man that waited on me had 3 years experience. He was very polite, very courteous and knew his job. He made shipping my packages seemless.

This is my go to UPS store even though I don't live near. The customer service is excellent. They greet you when you come in and if it is busy, the will still acknowledge you and your wait. My company has used them multiple times for huge global projects. They have printed, packaged and shipped many of our flyers and brochures. They are goal oriented and a pleasure to work with. Each team member that Jonathan has are very intelligent and professional, but also makes you feel like family.

This is by far the best place to do any kind of UPS business. EVERY time, yes I mean every, not most of the time but EVERY time I go there the customer service is the same. They greet you when you arrive which is not only welcoming but also a great security measure. They are friendly and professional. No only that, they are also great at multitasking making your wait almost nonexistent, all the while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude even to you walking out the door. Real Customer service is a given here when it seems most places it is a lost art.

I love this location, By far one of the best run UPS stores I've been in. Everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The customer service is consistently on point and so is the speed, with lots of self help options like printing your own copies or getting receipts for packages dropped off.

Jonathan, Jess…. heck the entire staff has always been super pleasant, and helpful each and every time I’ve come stopped in for personal and business needs. I’ve stopped in several locations and this location is by far the best UPS store in Cobb county! This new owner has definitely turned things around in a positive way!

I have to say Josh, esanta, India are simply breath of fresh air.... I had a package that had to go out. Not realizing they closed at 7pm I pulled in at like 7:02 they welcomed me in and took the extra time to not only help me, but to give me extra prices etc. There attitudes were beyond sensational and from now on no matter what I'm at the UPS store in powder springs is my new place to go. To the three of you thank you have a Merry Christmas and we need more people in this world like you guys

Happen to stop by this UPS Store (#3729) location while doing my daily Publix visit. Was greeted with a smile and “Welcome in” as I entered. Friendly staff with welcoming smiles and super prompt service. Line to counter wait time was very short with quite a few customers. Customer service was very pleasant, and will keep me as a regular patron. Definitely will be back.

The UPS Store in powder springs/ New macland road location. Indya,jessica,shawn, & josh the main man in charge. Customer Service here is Magnificent and Fun. Please stop by and get all you shipping & mailing needs taken care of.

Once upon a time, the Powder Springs UPS Store was excruciatingly slow and the Hiram store was quick and efficient. Now, it's the exact opposite. The team at the Powder Springs store at the Publix shopping center are the fastest and friendliest of any UPS Store I use... and I use 3 or 4 on a regular basis. Kudos, y'all!!!

This team has world class customer service from the initial "welcome" when we arrive inside all the way to the end of each transaction. I am impressed that the owner and his team try to make each of us feel special. Jesseca called me by name as I entered the location today. What an amazing touch! I love this location and its new ownership. I am a former box renter of UPS from the Duluth, Peachtree Indsrtl. blvd. location #3857 where I wasn't happy for years. This location has restored my faith in remaining a UPS Store box owner.

I visited the store to return an Amazon product. Although the store was busy, I was in and out in literally 5 seconds.

The most pleasant and most efficient experience I have EVER had in this type of business. I truly could not believe how quickly I was in and out and how happy every employee seemed to be there and to help me! Thumbs up!
