After reading the reviews our quote was Over all a bit pricey, but that doesn’t take away from Erik trying to work with us. Erik is a professional and his service was excellent. He was prompt, friendly, fast and over all a nice guy. Honestly he worked on our schedule and had to come the next day, even so he was on time and was super nice, his face that was pleasant with a friendly smile and he was very knowledgeable about his job… I would highly recommend this company.

Colton came out in an emergency to check an overflowing bathroom. He explained everything well and answered my many questions. He was kind and courteous and did a great job overall. He explained costs up front before doing anything, so the transparency of cost was very helpful. It ended up being a septic tank issue and he was able to rule out any plumbing issues and steered me in the right direction to getting my issue fixed. Also, the lady on the phone answering my after hours call was very polite, kind and helpful and I appreciated that in my stressful situation.

For a few days I have been experiencing a few issues with my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. I googled and after reading different reviews I decided to choose Panther Plumbing due to the business having the best reviews for my location. I’m truly happy I chose you guys! Erick was ON TIME, very knowledgeable and professional! He came right in, asked questions and got right to the job! He was done in less than half an hour and the pricing not bad at all!!! I had the pleasure of working with Panther Plumbing again. Sam came out & researched what was causing water leakage. Once he determined what was causing the problem, he did a great job replacing the washer box and pipes. This company has excellent customer service, does quality work, and I will definitely use them again should I have any other Plumbing issues.

Just had Randy at my home and I’m wowed! He was responsive and came the same day, installed a toilet and worked a magic trick to get it to fit just right! Five stars!

First off, let me say, I don't give many reviews unless the company is amazing. That being said, let me tell you these guys are really fantastic! They took care of the issue we were having and kept the place near and tidy while they worked. They really went the extra step to make sure they were respectful of our property. I will definitely be using them again. I fully recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. You won't be sorry.

We sprung an odd leak at the front of the drive way. Michael (Poss) came out and explained the leak situation and repair cost. Grand total came out to $5400.00 to replace main water line and waterheater. Poss had to cut out a few sections of the drywall to find and run the new water lines. We have to repair the wall ourselves. So far no leaks at the driveway and the water bill seems lower.

Tray Galbreath was beyond professional and polite and very experienced. He took the time to explain my pressure valve issues and took extra care to make sure to review all my plumbing issues and concerns. He verified that everything was operational and took pictures to show his completed work in my crawl space too. I recommend Panther Plumbing to all my friends, neighbors and colleagues here in Atlanta. The communication with the office team was exceptional too! Thank you team Panther!

Cody was responsive and timely. He kept me in the loop and answered all my questions along the way. The price for the job was competitive. Will definitely call Panther again for my next project!

My husband and I had an issue with our hot water heater, and Colton was at our house ready to look into the issue within an hour of calling. He was helpful, informative, and willing to work with us to find a fair price. Fast forward a few hours, and we have a brand new hot water heater. Justin Conner was my technician and was just the best! My plumbing issue was much more complicated than I thought and Justin just didn't give up! He figured out what was wrong and the solution took much longer than either of us anticipated. He didn't leave until it was done....and the space in which he worked was clean! Many thanks to Panther Plumbing for a great customer experience. I had an after-hours plumbing emergency on a Friday night whereas my hot water heater started leaking. Thus, I quickly researched my options for repair and contacted Panther Plumbing. Within 30 minutes of speaking with customer service, Erik Lovenstein was at my home. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. As a result of his in-depth expertise, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options. I elected to have the water heater replaced on Saturday morning and Erik showed up on-time and quickly completed the job. Again, thank you so much!!!

He gave me several quote options and answered all my questions. He was even able to install my water heater the same day! Justin is professional, very knowledgeable and worked quickly (and meticulously) to get my new water heater up and running. I look forward to using their plumbing services in the future (if needed).
