I just came here to say that Jordan in the flooring department is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and cool peoples. He needs to be running that store. He would do a way better job than whoever is there now. Keep up the good work man

Great Staff that was willing to help even though both was getting off their shifts. As well as the wonderful cashier named Georgia.. She went over the call of duty to help us feel comfortable with the nice smoker we picked out!! Kudos to her and Lowes!!!! YOUR TEAM HAS outdone yourself with the quality of personal employees you have working with you. You set the bar high! The older lady at the cash register and the older guy at the grills that both helped when they were getting off of work...they could have passed the buck but did not...wish i could have gotten their names.

You may already know this, but Lowe's marked down merchandise is hidden in the back right corner of the store. Picked up a very nice 3 light led vanity light fixture for $23 & some change. This light fixture was regularly priced at $89. I installed it myself today and it looks great.

I’m not a Lowe’s guy, I’m a Home Depot guy but Mr. Frank from Lowe’s in the plumbing section really helped me and saved me a ton and gave me a lot of information to help fix my sink and gave me more knowledge than I asked for … thanks a ton Mr Frank

Where nationwide construction company and we had a young girl help us today at the pro deck. She told us to hold on, and next thing I saw her rolling out 15 sheets, plywood by herself. Her name is Daphne, and she has a great personality.

We just wanted to thank her for her hard work.
We were one of the companies that put the Lowe's in Wilkesboro. North carolina, it was their home office.

One-stop shop for everything home and yard. Wide selection of brands and choices. Situated in a convenient location. I loved the fact they have Veteran parking.

Garden center trip today. We love Lowe's, much better deals than competitors. We shop both HD and Lowe's regularly. In the garden department they have great deals on flowers and even clearance flowers.
Perennials are our fav, they come back yearly however the Annuals are always vibrant and colorful. Every garden needs annuals.

Couldn’t go another day without saluting Keith and Clara! I watched them work PAST their shift last Saturday evening to service not only my husband and me TWICE but another family as well who had difficulty that the 2 of them patiently worked through together. They never showed frustration or fatigue and kept a positive attitude the whole time with us and while I watched them service the other family! Keith is extremely knowledgeable with troubleshooting and did his best to help us with a major appliance we were trying to purchase. Again, big props to both of these wonderful people!

Been here multiple time. Not as crowded as Home Depot, which I like.
Service is friendly, I've asked for help multiple time and the staff went above and beyond to help.

Lowes is always interesting and I recommend to anyone especially if you own property, the staff is friendly, helpful and very well informed in every area of construction, pricing also reasonable.

After being put on hold for about 15 mins twice and then being hung up on, in try #3, Yulanda answered. She was so kind, patient and helpful. She took my number, look for my items , return my call promptly, where she quote me prices and had items waiting for me at the register. Yulanda is the head cashier at the East West Connector store in Austell Georgia.

My husband and I found exactly what we were looking for, birdhouse kits for the cub scouts. We also found a set that had kid size aprons, goggles, and gloves. Everything was reasonably priced and we received help from the manager on duty. We will definitely be going back to get other woodworking kits.

My poor understanding about construction freaks me out when my husband asks me to go at Lowe's and get something. Tks God for great professionals like JESSE BARBIER)Sales Specialist) and Ms Dona(Cashier). Without them I would be lost! Great customer service

Good day to everyone especially those males and females who went beyond the call of duty to ensure they find and assemble the correct set of bathroom items, that could not be found at other competitors, for me. Referring to store #0531 located at 1717 East West Connector, Austell, GA 30106. As of today, any household items needed, Lowe's will be my first and hopefully, only choice. All store Associates I interacted with were Super-great.!!!!

This store has convenient parking and is very clean. The staff is scant but very helpful and knowledgeable. The light fixture department is better than most Home Depots and is worth the drive.

I recently had a surprisingly and wonderful experience at the this location. Soon as I walked in the store a young lady from behind customer service got my attention to say "Hello". Next, a nice gentleman approach me to offered assistance locating anything. Lastly, Carl in painting offered a lot of knowledge and assistance to my needs. You just don't see this type of help in other Home Improvement Stores. Please keep it up! Thank you

Lowe's was so much more help than Home Depot. I was completely ignored at HD and when I finally got someone's attention after several orange vests just walked by me, he said that he didn't know what I was talking about and maybe I should try Lowe's. I did and the Lowe's workers were much more helpful. Thanks!!

What can be said? Lowe's is awesome. I'm very impressed with the fact that they are hiring the Handy Ma'am as a spokesperson. In general they are respectful, and although we have had some Mix-Ups as to which Lowe's to go to sometimes we can always get that resolved. My suggestion is to go through the self checkout and realize that the internal scooter carts are not always fully charged so check your charge out Before you depart the area if you're riding a scooter cart.

Came in looking to buy a bespoke Samsung refrigerator. The store used to offer military discount so that’s why I chose it over Home Depot. Unfortunately they no longer offer that on appliances and had no rebates. Had a great conversation with Jeff. He was awesome and helping us pick out a product and answering all questions but unfortunately the manager in the appliance department was unable to strike a deal with me. Ended up going to Home Depot getting the same refrigerator for $600 cheaper. Thanks for all your help Jeff sorry we couldn’t get sold on this one.

I went to Lowe’s to get some wood to be cut in the lumber department and the guy name Dorton went above and beyond to help me and he was so nice and friendly he should get a raise for the outstanding service he has gave me and I will 100% go back to Lowe’s for any wood supplies
