Ok pharmacy

Communication on if a medication is in stock or if the medication can be filled is terrible. I’ve stood at the counter for over ten minutes while waiting to hear if I had to bring the prescription elsewhere to learn that they were filling the medication that I had not planned to wait for.
Then when I asked for better communication the cashier/pharm tech made a face as if this was unreasonable. Not the first time this has happened.

The pharmacist misled me telling me she's waiting on my meds go be delivered and she'd let me know. We'll after calling for two months I called her and she got them in but aww the script is expired. If I would've told you right I could've let the patient know that there's a time limiting o. Scripts and that I need all new scripts it's got me furious the incompetent pharmacist at Winn Dixie. One is the most unfriendly person never greets you never smiles and thsts the manager. They always out of syringes when i ask for the same ones time and time agsin. The rudest person in a lab coat you ever met this one tells the patient she's looking out for you and she couldn't care less about the patient it's just a Job to them

They never answer the phone when you call. They seem to be constantly short handed.
