Dr. Nadja Jones and her staff are the best! Highly recommend for anyone with any health problems or issues to see her. She was very knowledgeable with the issue I was having. I trust her to be my primary care doctor for the rest of my life.

Dr. Jones creates a safe and non judgmental environment in which her patients can discuss any and every concern. Nothing is either too monumental or trivial her feedback is honest and thorough even if it’s not what the patient wants to hear. Her follow up is impeccable. I was referred to Dr. Jones and since my first visit I’ve recommended her to numerous family members and friends. My appointments are like talking to a super smart cousin, she always remembers something from a prior visit (to make you feel like you’re not just a number), she listens to goals attentively, shares her assessment of where you are and her recommendations to get you where either you WANT to be or SHOULD be. I will never switch!!

Dr Jones is so caring and compassionate. She takes time with her patients and respectfully calls them by their names. She does not rush through the exams while explaining what her plan of care is for you. She is one of the BEST!! Five stars , excellent service from check in to check out. It was such a pleasure to meet my new doctor, Dr. Nadja Jones. She talked me through everything. She reviewed all of my medicines, all of my treatments that I was receiving and why it was important to change a few of my medicines. I like her and felt comfortable with her. And as far as I'm concerned I think feeling comfortable with the doctor is very important.

Dr. Jones is very concerned about her patients, knowledgeable in her profession and goes over and beyond to ensure that the patient is satisfied with the care they are receiving. I remember her researching a question that I had about one of my medications and she didn't stop until all of my concerns were resolved. I couldn't ask for a better physician. I have recommended her to my family and friends.

My first visit to Dr Jones’ office was great. My wait time was only 3 minutes. The nursing staff was excellent and made sure my information was up to date without being hurried. Dr Jones herself was an absolute delight! She took the time to ask questions and listen attentively. And took a wholistic approach to my care plan.

My wife and I both have been to Dr Jones several times and we were impressed with her from day 1. She's thorough, answers our questions, makes sure we understand and offers suggestions. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Dr Jones!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:20AM and I was brought back promptly. Dr Jones is very personable and she listens to what you are telling her. Sometimes going to the doctors can be stressful and the things you may have wanted to ask are forgotten because you are rushed. She allows you to speak and you are never rushed. Everyone at the clinic from the receptionist to the MA that checked me in to the physician was excellent. The MA, I'm sorry I forgot her name, she was training another MA. Was very, very thorough. She practiced infection control, she educated her orienteering on everything she was doing and why, she explained the importance of being compliant with joint commission standards, and she made sure I was informed every step of the way. Dr. Jones was excellent. She listened carefully to my symptoms, explained the reasons why she recommended the treatment she suggested, and she was very caring. This clinic is always up to par and always go above and beyond.

My visit with Dr. Jones is always pleasant. My mother loved her. She tries her best to help you feel better. She listens to what you have to say and proceeds from there. I switched to her because I could never see my previous doctor. I would make an appt to see him and then the nurse practitioner would show up. I believe the reason my son wound up with End stage renal failure because that doctor dropped the ball in treating his high blood pressure. Dr. Jones is the total opposite. If she can’t help you, she will send you to someone who can.

I am more of an overseer for my mom, Ollie since she resides with my younger daughter, Stephanie her active caregiver. Dr Jones was more than interested & attentive in my 94 yr old mom’s well being. I heard their conversation and volunteered a statement or two. As ordered for medicine change my mom isn’t as agitated like before thanks to the Prestigious MD.

Dr. Jones and her staff are always welcoming and friendly from the time you walk into the door to the end of your visit. Dr. Jones really listens and gives good feedback that I can use. You know that assembly line feeling you get when you visit the doctor most times? I don’t get that feeling at all with her and that’s important to me. She really cares.
