I went in today for some oil and other items at the Belle Chasse location. I was politely greeted by Mr. Edward, who works there. This gentleman went above and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasant, effortless and joyful. By far the best customer service and attitude I’ve received shopping in a very long time! Advanced Auto has a great hard working employee working there now. The world needs more people like Mr. Edward!

Every autozone or advanced auto part I went to either had a broken or stolen check engine reader. One autozone lady told me to even come in the store and take it and do it myself. A very nice guy at this location named Edward came out did it for me and tried to make everything as easy as possible since I had my kids sleeping in the car. He took the time to explain everything to me and what to do and where to do it.Nicest person I’d ever met. He did way more than any employee anywhere would’ve done! Really appreciated it. THANKS EDWARD!!

Edward was fantastic when I came here for windshield wipers! I had no idea what to get and needed something quick and he did just that! He was so polite throughout the whole process and put the wipers on my car for me as well. With all of the wind and rain that they had the day that I came, I could not be more grateful. I tried to tip him for the hard work he did (for some it may be simple) but to me, to see the love he has for his job and the pride he takes in his work is incredible. He politely declined my tip with a saying I will never forget, “Taking the money weakens the opportunity I have to meet good people” and I will forever appreciate him, and will forever hold a high respect for this man! I will definitely be coming back for anything I need and asking for him if he is working!

That lifetime limited warranty really came in useful once my Dodge Ram 1500 burned up another starter. Its was replaced without any hesitation and best part... Free! Thanks Advance Auto parts.

Edward did a fantastic job assisting me in swapping out my battery. One of the most courteous and kind service members I have ever encountered. Would recommend stopping by to anyone!

Had a "check engine" light. Shawn helped me a great deal by first reading the data output by my truck, then recommending a fuel cleaner to add to the gas tank. Next day, check engine light was gone! Thanks, Shawn and Advance!!

The entire crew gave me the best service today. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, Edward got my battery swapped out and got me back on the road very quickly.

5 stars for Jacob. The super friendly tech that helped me in figuring out what’s wrong with my car. He did in less that 2 minutes what Leson Chevrolet couldn’t do over the course of a few days. I am extremely impressed at how knowledgeable Jason was with reading the error codes and giving me suggestions. He referred me to several auto body shops and I trust him so I will be using who he referred me to. This issue that would’ve cost me around $7000 to get fixed by Leson Chevrolet “who actually guessed and got the diagnosis wrong” will only cost me a fraction of that price to get it fixed elsewhere.

I came here for a tire plug kit and I was immediately greeted by on of the employees. We walked up to me and helped me find what I was looking for. This guy was so friendly and courteous he took it to a whole new level. I remember leaving thinking to myself "wow that guy was awesome" that's how customer service should be.

Well my vehicle had sat up because of my health required a new battery for fear of leaving me on side of road .knowledgeable Kind Courteous Staff came to my rescue Took care of my vehicle got me back on the road again & all within budget. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

Great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The reps were super helpful and attentive. Very quick with the online order I made.
I have visited this store a few times and it didn't matter which rep was there, they all offered a very high customer service to anyone that walked in the store.

Employees at this location are always helpful, knowledgable, kind, and friendly. The store is clean and tidy, as is the lot. They've never sold me a wrong part and their advice on products is always spot on. Anyone who says they're not amazing at their jobs are Karens. Ditch Autozone. Go here!

I bought an alternator from Advance in Belle Chasse. The part failed which often happens when dealing with after market parts. When I brought the part back they bench tested it and it showed that it was good. After speaking to Sam the manager on duty and telling him my experience about the failed part and that it was not "good" he refunded my money. I am now a customer for life because Sam did the right thing. Many thanks to Sam and the rest of the staff at Advance Auto in Belle Chasse.

I had no idea where I suppose look for the something for my car. One if the employees kindly helped me without making me feel like i was crazy. He was very nice, helpful, and professional.
