In the area for dinner and heard great things about this place. Located in Biltmore Park with plenty of free parking and great lil community. First off Michael our server made us feel welcome and attended to. He had great recommendations for drinks and dinner. Group favorites include the fried green tomatoes and blistered brussels sprouts and the bar made an exceptional old fashion and cosmo. We will be back especially if the service remains at this caliber! Cheers!!

First time here...but was ssssoooooo good 👍. This is the restaurant for the Hilton property. It's located downtown Biltmore Village, right across from the theater and 131 Restaurant. The food was excellent. Just remember to not order the Turkey Club. They put jelly on the sandwich instead of mayonnaise. Otherwise, good, good, good. Get a King Size Bed, and you will not want to go out of the room. I slept 😴 like a baby, melted into the pillows. Their garage is just steps away from the back entrance, easily accessible and FREE! Oooh yeah, there's EV parking steps from the front entrance. Check out my pictures. Breakfast is order from the menu, really, really good 👍 10 points. This is a fantastic jump off for the BlueRidge drive or going to Biltmore Estate.

Best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had !!!! The kitchen stayed open extra late to accommodate us. Bartender was phenomenal. The soup was to die for and I also had the chili which was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

This was located in the Hilton that we stayed in while on vacation in North Carolina.

The food was excellent and was prepared perfect other than my wife’s steak was slightly undercooked but not by much. The taste of everything was excellent.

We had a small wait to be seated but the service once we were seated was great with minimal time to get our meal.

Pricing was a little high for the quantity but that was expected given the location.

My husband and I travelled to Asheville today and my husband made reservations for tonight at 6:00 PM.

Our server was Andrew, and he was amazing ! We had great conversations with him and he was so kind and it made our dinner extremely enjoyable !

I ordered the Special and it was incredible!

Thank you so much Andrew for such incredible service!

Don't let this open restaurant within the hotel fool you to believe sub-par, it is legit. Everything is freshly made and hot! The Buffalo cauliflower is an awesome & healthy appetizer but makes you feel indulged (sorry no picture, it's gone) Burgers are well seasoned and fresh off of the grill and the sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. Unlike the soggy ones from other busy restaurants, the fries are crispy and gees how could they keep the temperature hot and maintain the crisp just pairing next to the burger on an open plate? Wish we had ordered another on the side! The waitress is the best and most professional hostess who recommended my salmon to be blackened, paired with grilled asparagus and freshly made, tasty mashed potatoes-you get two free sides. The freshly grilled half lemon served with the plate - I devoured the whole plate in no time. The bar tender is wonderful and fun!!! (Sunday night Memorial Day weekend) Both bartender and waitress served our dinners at the same time, it's as if you would expect from a 5 star Michelin starred restaurant. We normally don't order dessert but got the Reese's chocolate pie. The peanut butter filling with whipped cream and Reese's pieces were a treat to share with competitiveness. If you hate to be on wait lists at fancy restaurants, don't miss Fork Lore, it's a gem!

I stopped in tonight hoping to find some good food and cocktails, and man did I find it. Shout out to my server Michael for leading me in the right direction with the trout, and to the man behind the bar, I raise my glass(es) to you as the cocktails were on point. Such a fantastic evening experience, and attentive team.

First let me say the waiter was kind and funny. We were a party of 10 and he was excellent with the kids and made wonderful recommendations! The food was AMAZING! I personally recommend the turkey club. I don't know what they do but it was the best sandwich I have ever had! Highly recommend!

Coolest place ever. Awesome spot for brunch because I love all things eggs 🤗 Lots of great menu options all around. Andrew is so nice & he was super busy but still took the time to answer all my questions. It is hard to find people who will work anymore & when you have someone like him, it’s best to make sure you appreciate them. For real.

I posted the following on my FB page and it deserves to be here too. Cudos to the excellent staff, in and out of the kitchen. Bravo!
So this is a first for us, we ate every meal of this trip at the same restaurant and we are doing it again tomorrow. 🤯 Breakfast, lunch and dinner, phenomenal. Even more mind blowing, it's in our hotel!
We had a late lunch right after we checked in. Just a simple bacon cheeseburger and a southern fried chicken sandwich. One bite is all it took to know this place is special. There's really good food and there's really good food that is perfectly balanced - exactly the right amount of everything that when put together - *chef's kiss*. I only remember having food like this perhaps four or five times in my life, and always at very expensive fine dining restaurants. We had to try it again. We weren't hungry for dinner so we went for breakfast. WOW. Again, perfection that is hard to describe. Seriously, it was breakfast elevated, with the same ingredients we all use to make breakfast. The kitchen is full of well trained magicians! Back again for dinner tonight. Hit it out of the park with a black eyed pea hummus and homemade corn chips, a perfectly dressed arugula salad and Lee had tonight's chef's special, beef tips and gravy on basmati rice with mushrooms and shishito peppers. I can't get enough of this place. I want to hug everyone in the kitchen. Going back for the broken yolk egg sandwich on perfectly toasted sourdough bread tomorrow morning. Or maybe the eggs benedict. If I am in Asheville ever again, I will come here for a meal no matter where I'm staying. It's only 4 miles from the airport, in the Hilton at Biltmore Park. Locally owned. I wish we had room for dessert!

It's inside of a hotel in Biltmore Park. Great place, food, and atmosphere. Had the Tomahawk Steak For Two and it was really good cooked to perfection

We didn’t really know that this restaurant was in a Hotel, but it didn’t matter. We had a great breakfast. My wife really enjoyed the Keto bowl. I had a scrambled bowl, which was really good too! We would eat here again

The staff were great and friendly plus the restaurant was simple and easy to find. The jerk chicken I had was really good along with the soup. Plus that chocolate cake really good and rich.

Do not let the location deter you! With free and convenient parking, it's a feature, not a bug.

We have lived in Asheville 4 years and visited here for 2+ decades before, as such we have dined in a number of restaurants throughout the area.

Located within the Hilton Hotel at Biltmore Town Park, Fork Lore seems to be one of those places that isn't well known with the locals, which is unfortunate. We have eaten there several times, including this recent Thanksgiving. The food is always very good, the service excellent. Their ingredients are as good and fresh as any restaurant we have frequented, with local bakery breads.

My personal favorites are the turkey club (not made with sliced deli meat, but actual real turkey!) and their chicken sandwich. Growing up in Atlanta, I've always been biased towards Chick-Fil-A and still love it, but... Fork Lore's version is a step (or 3) above.

Since we live within 2 miles, we have patronized all of the restaurants in Biltmore Town Park, but only frequent two of them and Fork Lore is my first choice for lunch anywhere in the city.

Regardless if you are visitor or a local, I highly recommend Fork Lore as a selection you may have not considered, simply because of its location.

Jay and David are amazing! Go in and see them for great cocktails and food. I have eaten here a few times over the past couple of weeks. The burgers are amazing (but I would stay away from the chicken parm sandwich).

Food was terrific. Phenomenal live music, the guitar player was amazing, our table was right in front of him, like a personal serenade for my wife and I as we celebrated our anniversary.

1/19/20 They're under construction so they're located by the hotel lobby. Don't judge the location because I did(it's only temp). Breakfast was amazing and the service was great. I liked it so much we went back the next day for brunch. On a side note, we were staying 20 min away. I'll be going back next time we are in Asheville.

This is our to go restaurant in Asheville. I could not give it enough praise! We have been here a couple of times when we stayed at Hilton and none of the times we ate hear that it did not disappoint. This time around we were planning to eat at restaurant in downtown and one of the problems we got was we could not find parking and this was a Thursday evening. We also tried to go on Biltmore Park on 123 Main but they were booked and had a 30-minute wait even their bar was full we tried the social next door and there was nothing as well. Then it finally dawned why not just go folklore. And it was fantastic! Friendly people. Very nice ambience. And we had amazing food and drinks. We actually already had dinner so we really came for the drinks and some snacks and boy they did not disappoint! We had two cocktails which was very tasty and prepared properly. We had the charcuterie board and a side of fries. I tell you they have the best fries in Asheville! And probably the best fries I've ever had anywhere I've ever been! If you're going to try something try their Fries!!! You will not regret it! I am not really wanting to share this experience the fear of now it's going to drive people here. It is definitely a little gem of a place and you will not be disappointed!
